Thanks a lot JonPop really helpful information I'll try those out and see how it goes. I have to do some research on dry jelqing since I've never done it

Ok JonPop I did try out what you did and it did work. Although I think it is better to start with the stretching, then do the dry jelqs and finish with the helicopter shakes, what do you think? I must also say that although it did make my flaccid bigger it was only for a short time, after a few minutes it gets smaller again (it's the cold weather ).

Just squeeze at the base of your shaft and kinda milk out the few remaining drops.
Then do a few helicopters and then the stretching, followed by helicopters and a few more base Jelqs. Don't look for immediate results, this takes time as does all PE.

Ok thanks a lot JonPop I'm gonna try that out!
Had a great session today I think I'm really starting to "master" jelqing, felt some great expansion from the inside of the penis (it's hard to explain). It's been a week since I started and I plan to increase the stretching time by 30 seconds and by 1 minute for jelqing. I plan to do this increase every week, what do you think?

So wednesday my workout would be:

10 minutes rice sock
6.5 (6 minutes and 30 seconds) minutes stretching
11 minutes jelqing
Hot shower

I just finished another PE session. I think it went out ok. The jelqing wasn't perfect but it was good. I thought it was time to increase the load so I did the following routine:

10 minutes rice sock
6.5 (6 minutes and 30 seconds) minutes stretching
11 minutes jelqing
Hot shower

1 day on / 1 day off

I will continue with this routine and one week from now I'll see if I should add another minute to jelqing and 30 seconds to stretching.
I haven't been doing a "rigorous" kegeling routine as I think my PC muscles are already strong enough (I can stop an ejaculation). I still kegel now and then although I don't really count how many I am doing, as I said I'm not strict.

I am already seeing some good results of PE, my flaccid has been hanging fuller and lower (especially on rest days) although it really isn't consistent. Sometimes I have a really big full flaccid and a few minutes later it's small. I think (hope) this will change as I progress.

Hey Banana man, doing the pee pulls? Flaccid hang is a bitch. Where is that big full flaccid hang when you drop your pants at the Dr.? Or when you shower after working out? Gotta keep those ligs stretched man.

Yeah it does shrivel up when it really shouldn't! It's like it has a mind of its own. Yes I have been doing the pee pulls and they are working and I think they'll be more effective as time goes. Thanks a lot JonPop

It is already getting better. I'm sure it will get even better. I know it does it work it just takes some dedication and time I plan to stick to PE rigorously this time.
