Default Banana's Log

Ok everyone first of all I must warn you that this is going to be a long post.
I'm starting a log to document my PE journey, I thought about this and I think there are a lot of benefits in having a log.
  • You'll become more commited to PE;
  • You can review things you did in the past and how they worked out;
  • You can more accurately review your progress;
  • You can get advice from everyone that reads your log which might help;
  • Etc.
The main reasons I'll do PE are as follow:
  • Bigger flaccid. This is one of the main reasons one that will surely improve my self-confidence;
  • Better EQ;
  • Getting bigger.
Right now my stats are BPEL: 7.2" NBPEL: 6.6" EG: 5.2"
My goal right now is to get to BPEL: 7.5" NBPEL: 7" EG: 5.5"
And my ultimate dream goal (although a bit unrealistic) would be BPEL: 8" NBPEL: 7.5" EG: 6"

My routine will be based on the newbie routine that's present on the site's guide.
  • 7 minute warm up (rice sock)
  • 6 minutes manual stretching (2 sets of five-way stretching with a rotary stretch in between each set)
  • 10 minutes wet jelqing (approximately 90 jelqs)
  • 50 kegels
  • 1 day on, 1 day off
  • Slowly increasing load over a period of two to three months
I've briefly done PE in the past for a period of six weeks with a routine similar to this one and I noticed results. Unfortunately I'm not going to start my journey right away because I had varicocele surgery and I'm still recovering from it but it won't take long before I start.

I'm 20 years old, healthy and fit. I hit the gym at least 3 days a week and eat fairly healthy. I don't smoke and only drink occasionally. I'm tall around 1.90m (6' 3") and that's one of the main reasons I want a bigger flaccid, I think it is not proportionate to my body and I'm embarrassed of it.

I don't think there's anything left to say. Tell me what you think about this guys.

Looks like you have a great mindset and a great base routine. Focus on your techniques and get them tuned in to your body and you will have no problem making your goal. Good luck, HT.

Yes I also think my goal is very modest and realistic. Getting those 0.3" girth will probably going to be the hardest.

Had my first session today. Everything went as expected. I still have to perfect my jelqing technique but I think overtime I will get better at it.
I didn't have a bigger, fuller hang after the session (actually it kind of turtled up a bit) don't know if that is necessarily a bad thing.

For the last couple of years I've been masturbating daily, I'll try to cut it down to once a week (that is going to be really hard!) to see if my EQ improves.
I'll measure every two weeks to see my progress.

Edit: I must add that I don't have morning wood for years now let's see if I start getting some from now on.

Second session today. After the workout it didn't turtle as much only a little if any. I don't feel a bigger hang after the workout yet though.
Other than this nothing else to report. I think my jelqing technique is improving.

If you turtle up after a work then I will come over and beat you up, just kidding. Comedy Aside simply shake it out a bit and massage it see if it does not blossom before your eyes.

I am glad I found this site, it is an inspiration to see so many committed people working on their health and vitality.

I have been working on a log for the last month with a routine which in time will show what's working for me and what isn't.

i have read quite a few theories on the site and am trying to implement them in my routine.,

Stats:8/01/08 BPFL 6.75-7.0+ BPEL 6.3-6.5 EG 4.25-4.4 EQ 5-6
10/01/08 BPFL 7.0-7.25 BPEL 6.5-6.6 EG 4.75-5.0 EQ 6-7

ROUTINE:
DAILY AM: GIRTH: INTENSE CLAMPING 10MIN, PUMPING 15 MIN, CLAMPING 10MIN, JELQS 100, INTERNAL STRETCH 10
LENGTH: 4XLABS EXTENDER (STRETCHING) 1.5 HOURS URILS 10X 1MIN, DRY JELQS 10,
MIDDAY: CLAMPING 10MIN X2 DRY JEL, INTERNAL STRETCH 2X1MIN
EVENING: GIRTH CLAMPING 10MINX3,
LENGTH: 4X LABS EXTENDER 1HR.

I've begun a little hanging, only several times a week X 20 min set @ 5#. I will add more in october.,

Kegels, I usually do between 50 and a 100 during my clamping and pumping sets.
I do this during the week days, and then clamp/pump x6 sets on the wekends and take a break from the extender,

I am anticipating that the girth gains will stick around by my adding additional work to my smooth muscle, I'm still not sure if this is the best way to do my routine, we shall see, I think I may need to do a lot more with the extender, and weight hanging to achive my goals, my Tunica may be the limiting factor.
long term goal: BPEL 8.5-9, EG 5.5-6

suplements: Multivitamins, and Various herbs, including garlic, ginko biloba, Tongkat ali 600mgsx2(longjack)10 days on 5 off, some Yommbie, Maca, and others.

Third workout completed. Nothing to report except that I can't get that full hang after my workout. I don't know what I'm doing wrong or if I am doing anything wrong at all. I won't stress about it too much I'll just give it time and see how things go.

Another workout completed. I don't know if I'm stretching too hard (I don't feel any pain just the stretch) or jelqing too hard but I can't get a full hang after my PE sessions, my penis always turtles after I'm done. I do a one minute cool-down after the workout with cold water, it could be that although if I do the same with hot water it also turtles although not as much. I tried massaging as kingpole suggested and it didn't work. Can anyone help me?

Had a great session today. Jelqed with a lower erection level and used a lighter grip and it was perfect, I'm definitely getting the hang of it. I had a great full hang afterwards although as soon as I started the cool down (less than one minute with cold tap water) it totally killed the hang and my penis turtled. I don't know if I should continue doing a cool down.
