I'm new to PE. I landed on a website once, and it said that kegels can improve the size of your penis. So I've been doing kegels for a very long time. Not everyday, but once in a while. Then I landed on another site and it told me about jelqs. I started doing some jelqs unappropriately (which is really bad). I would just squeeze my unit while it was erect and push blood to the head. Very bad. Then I read somewhere that I needed to heat my penis before every exercise. So I heated stupidly.. I landed on this website by chance. Now I do my PE properly. I've had 4 PE workouts so far and it's going great. I'm so happy I found this website and I'm aware of all the things that can go wrong during PE. My PE workout plan is: -10 minutes warm up with electric heating cushion -10 minutes stretching (left, right, center, up, down) with 25 kegels per position (to determine my LOT). I heat up every few minutes. -10 minutes wet jelqing with 60-70% erection with heating up -5 to 7 minutes heating up with electric cushion -5 minutes stretching -Ejaculation with edging (Im not able to hold my cum back yet during orgasm) I take one day off for every day that I do PE. That seems like a good plan to me. Dust confirmed that it was good. Erect Length: 6.25 inches Erect Girth: 5 inches My erect girth at the head of the penis is 4.2 to 4.5 inches. My flaccid length is always changing depending on temperature and environment. I hate it though when it gets super small. It's embarassing. PE will fix that. I'm also upset about my erect size. It feels like it's not enough for me. My girlfriend has no problem and thinks its perfect. I manage to hurt her sometimes when we have sex, but still I'm not satisfied. I'm really angry about it. Specially the girth at my head. Not enough for me! Objective: Erect Length: 8.0 inches Erect Girth: 6.5 inches I am giving myself 1-3 year to reach this. Emphasis is on the girth size. But I'll get there. Serious PE started on October 15th 2008. Deadline: October 15th, 2011.

Today was my fourth PE exercise. It was so-so. I warmed up, did erect kegels, ejaculated. I waited half an hour, warmed up a bit (not enough), did wet jelqs at 60% erection with OK grip. I don't understand how to do V-grip jelqs though. If somebody could explain that to me please....I finished with a small warm up. Pretty unsatisfying workout. I shouldnt have blown my load in the middle of the exercise. I thought it would be better not to erect during wet jelqs. I need to figure out how to do V grip jelqs. Also, I turtled pretty badly after my workout. I'm pretty pissed about it. Now I have a ton of homework to do.

Are your measurements BP or NBP? I would not expect any gains during the first week Keep on squeezing and pulling.

Today is Thursday, November 13th. It will be one month of PE on the 15th. I'm increasing my PE workout. I've added some new exercises and stuff. I will be posting my new PE workout on saturday when I have a day off. I haven't really had a chance to measure my penis this week. I will post updated stats on saturday. The only difference I feel is in hardness. My kegels are so much stonger now. But I've been kegeling for a long time now.

Okay, it has been one month of PE today. Here is my new schedule: - Warm up with electric heating cushion until unit is very warm and slightly red - Stretch penis, OK-grip under glans with 30 kegels per position (center, up, down, left, right) with helicopter shakes between each position. 2 sets - Rotating Stretch, full 360 degree for 20 seconds. 4 sets - Flaccid Bend, 2 fingers (left, right, up, down) and then 3 fingers (left, right, up, down). 30 seconds per position. 1 set of 2 fingers, 1 set of 3 fingers. - 150 Wet Jelqs - 100 V-jelqs - 200 flaccid kegels while stretching the penis - warm up with cushion again - rotating stretch, full 360 degree for 20 seconds. 2 sets - JAI stretch, 20 repetitions. 2 sets - masturbation with ballooning and edging (optional) - try to keep as much blood in the penis as possible Schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off. Supplements: - Vitamin B Complex - L-Glutamine between 2-4 grams a day - L-Arginine between 1-3 pills of 600mg a day - High Alpha Whey Protein shake, 2 per day What do you think?

It is now December 6th. I have gained 0.25 inches in length! A quarter inch! I'm so damn happy On October 15th, I was NBPEL: 6.25 EG: 5.00 Now I am NBPEL: 6.50 EG: 5.00 I can't wait to get some girth gains. My penis is A LOT harder, my pubococcygeus muscle is really fucking strong. My erections point up higher and they feel so damn good. I am really proud of it. I manage to hurt my girlfriend's vagina when we have sex. That's a good sign for me :P (I'll go easy on her next time). Hehe. So yeah, today is a good day. It's just the beginning of a long journey of huge gains to come. My goal for October 2009: NBPEL: 8.00 EG: 6.00 Can't wait.

Congrats on your 1/4 inch! Thats great! Do you feel that it was upping your PE to 5on 2off which spurred that on? Also have you experienced any negative PIs with your PE? I seem to get into the negative PI zone quite easily, from either stretching to hard or not enough rest!
