Complete Monday JP 90 PE exercise in the morning, use warm water to warm up..later that day my EQ-9 and later that night it was 10..I guess less is more. I over trained with the additional exercise. Girl jerk me off, shot a large load,,HAHA!!!! Later that night drink a half squeeze lemon with warm water, 1 50mg zinc. I guess the three day break and reduce the PE exercise has help. Will continue to keep it up and my progress log.
