    I measure my erect length and lost 1/4 of inch...Will go back to JP 90 day and doing the program only and nothing else.

    Completed my PE today..

    Went back to JP 90 without my added extra exercises. Also instead of warming with heating pad, used cup of warm water. My flaccid hangs better with warm water..

    Complete Monday JP 90 PE exercise in the morning, use warm water to warm up..later that day my EQ-9 and later that night it was 10..I guess less is more. I over trained with the additional exercise. Girl jerk me off, shot a large load,,HAHA!!!! Later that night drink a half squeeze lemon with warm water, 1 50mg zinc. I guess the three day break and reduce the PE exercise has help. Will continue to keep it up and my progress log.

    Complete exercise yesterday, but couldn't do it today. So I will have a 4 day break.

    Complete exercise on Monday and Tuesday. It went good, erection 10, looks like it getting huge. Will measure in 90 days. Also will exercise 5 days on 2 days off
