You've got some big starting stats there bud. If you put on half an inch in length and girth you'll be enormous.

Completed exercise and 4 sets of 20 min hanging 2.5 lbs, No Ulis or erection squeeze..too tired Friday and Sat off days.
Reading some of the newbie routine, you have to hang weight that is challenge to you, well 2.5 lbs is not. I hung before, well jump up to 5lbs or 7.5..
Complete JP routine and 4 sets 20 min at 7.5lbs, also 10 Uli and 10 erect squeeze.
