    Well this my first time post my progress. I tried different routines and hanging off and on with no success at the age of 42. So I going to try JonPop routine and stick with it. Day 1 completed the routine, will try 2 days on 1 days off for theory less is more. here is my measurements:

    8/22/11 current: BPSFL 7.75 BPEL 7.25 NBPEL 7.00 FG 5" EG 6"

    short term goal BPSFL 8.00 BPEL 7.75 EG 6.25

    long term: Mandango..

    Thanks Chuckesleeze, I complete two weeks and it feels thick already, but I added Uli and erect stretches to the routine.

    Completed two weeks, week of 9/3-9/10
    Mon and Tuesday pe Wednesday Thrusday Friday Saturday off. Started on Sunday and increase reps.

    My EQ came back and morning wood came back, key is to do my kegels to keep positive PI. This week I started my routine on Sun - Wed, will be off Thru-Sat. Good days off is with three days. Feels bigger, hanging lower, looks longer but will not measure until 90'days. Also I increase the jelq and v-jelg by 10 each week. So I started off week 1 150 jelqs , 90 v-jelqs and 100 kegels then week 2 160 jelqs,100 v-jelqs and 110 kegels then so on...So my unit won't get adapt to the exercise. Also I do ten 10 Ulis and 10 erect stretches.

    Switched from 2 days on 1 off to 4 days on 3 days off. 3 days seems like a good time for rest and good for PI.

    Today I get back on the schedule..

    10 min warm-up
    out, left, up, right, down with 25 quick kegels, 10 big circles after each way, 10 shakes after each direction.
    170 jelqs
    110 v-jelqs
    10 ULIs 30 second hold
    10 erect stretches
    100 kegels 10 sec and 10 super kegels 30 sec each.
    10 min warm down

    Off on Tuesday..EQ was low.

    Wednesday..EQ is back, also flaccid hanging lower.

    10 min warm-up
    3 sets out, left, up, right, down with 25 quick kegels, 10 big circles after each way, 10 shakes after each direction.
    180 jelqs
    120 v-jelqs
    2 ULIs 30 second hold
    7 erect stretches
    10 min warm down
