Well this my first time post my progress. I tried different routines and hanging off and on with no success at the age of 42. So I going to try JonPop routine and stick with it. Day 1 completed the routine, will try 2 days on 1 days off for theory less is more. here is my measurements:
8/22/11 current: BPSFL 7.75 BPEL 7.25 NBPEL 7.00 FG 5" EG 6"
short term goal BPSFL 8.00 BPEL 7.75 EG 6.25
long term: Mandango..![]()
