10 min warm up, 10 min stretching, 5 min re warm up, 15 min jelqing, warm down.

2 more routines really regular. Feeling a bit lost , when i stopped PEing for a week last time, i saw the size of 5 inches, but when i PE regularly, i only see 4.5 inches geenrally. I think it may be due to that penis is tired due to exercises, though not sure if it happens with all. Also, feeling like i am loosing on the stamina, i have to work harder on my stamina , i think i am not getting a good blood circulation and hence not getting the required blood in the penis. Huh!!, so many quesitions and confusions and time is running away, i have to get more serious here or i will just remain like that. Thinking of PEing for another month and then i will take a break for a week and see what the relaxed state of it is. Will try updating more regularly now.
i did one more workout 3-4 days earlier and am on a break on till atleast a couplel of weeks. Please comment if anybody has any sugggestions on how long should i take a break etc. Waiting to be back after the break.
