Alright, may as well document this, if I have something to check back on it may keep me more dedicated than if I didn't. I'll try an update it fortnighly or so, immediately if anything crazy happens (12" overnight, fire breathing bellend etc). 90 days should be up on the 14th of January 2012.

Cool! Well since this is my first endeavor into the world of PE I'll be going with JP's 90-day beginners programme, if I see any measurable gains by the end (half an inch would more than convince me) then I'll likely continue with another routine. I measured today and got the above, I may measure a few more times over the course of the week, if I get a larger measurement I'll update this post to reflect it. Thereafter any increases will be chalked up to the PE routine. I'll also be trying to keep sex/masturbation to once a week throughout (exceptions may be made on the sex front should I be so lucky).
First Day
First official day, I did a trial run of JP a couple of nights ago purely to familiarise myself with what it consists of, but this is the real first go with the stretching/jelqing stuff. Ran myself a nice hot bath (This provides my cover for what I'm doing for 30 mins and also gives me a way to warm up without having to microwave a rice sock or explain daily sodden wash cloths)
Stretches
After about 10 minutes of warming up in the tub, I sat at the side and began my stretches. 6 on JP's little test, so did them straight out as instructed. First thoughts were that it felt pretty weird, don't often make a point of using my kegal muscles to "flex" my dick, tried to give it a good stretch and will likely go a little harder each time I do the routine until I think it's far enough (Don't want to tear anything off..). Managed to smack myself in the balls while doing the helicopter motions
After the stretches were out of the way I quickly dove back into the water to warm up before trying the jelqs. Again sat at the side, used shampoo/shower gel as a lubricant which seemed to work pretty well (I also have an exceptionally clean member now). Sort of hard to get erect on demand, especially with the first workout seeming so alien and odd. Stuck some porn on and got myself to a nice health boner, let it fade slightly before doing the jelqs.
Jelq's
These were a pretty bizarre feeling, tried to mimic the "okay" hand motion as best as possible and use palm down grip. Was probably pretty poor form and my erection subsided quite a lot midway through he first 25 reps. Tip of penis was fairly red, but didn't really hurt or feel anything, I'll try and stay more erect next time, or use a tighter grip to stop blood escaping as much. An especially odd sensation occurred when I pushed a large vein I have at the bottom right of my little man, but powered through.
V jelq's went slightly better I think, got a sort of tingly feeling at the tip of my cock when I slid my hands up, but again lost most of my wood midway through. Palm facing stomach, fingers pointed to ground but curved towards belly. After repeating each set of Jelq's I jumped back in the tub for a warm down.
Thoughts
So that's my first experience with the world of PE. The aftermath is a slightly tingly bellend and remarkably well washed schlong.
Any questions or advice are more than welcome, I would be ecstatic if I saw gains after the 90 days are up. I even intend to take a before picture just on the off chance (Miracles should be documented with photographic evidence!).
