    Alright, may as well document this, if I have something to check back on it may keep me more dedicated than if I didn't. I'll try an update it fortnighly or so, immediately if anything crazy happens (12" overnight, fire breathing bellend etc). 90 days should be up on the 14th of January 2012.

    Vital Stats
    Age: 24
    Height: 5'10"
    Weight: 150lbs
    Starting BPEL: 5.9"
    Starting EG: 4.9"

    Short Term Goal: To see if the techniques on this site work to any degree at all.
    Long Term Goal: Babies arm holding an apple? Let's just say an extra inch to length and girth.

    Cool! Well since this is my first endeavor into the world of PE I'll be going with JP's 90-day beginners programme, if I see any measurable gains by the end (half an inch would more than convince me) then I'll likely continue with another routine. I measured today and got the above, I may measure a few more times over the course of the week, if I get a larger measurement I'll update this post to reflect it. Thereafter any increases will be chalked up to the PE routine. I'll also be trying to keep sex/masturbation to once a week throughout (exceptions may be made on the sex front should I be so lucky).

    First Day
    First official day, I did a trial run of JP a couple of nights ago purely to familiarise myself with what it consists of, but this is the real first go with the stretching/jelqing stuff. Ran myself a nice hot bath (This provides my cover for what I'm doing for 30 mins and also gives me a way to warm up without having to microwave a rice sock or explain daily sodden wash cloths )

    Stretches
    After about 10 minutes of warming up in the tub, I sat at the side and began my stretches. 6 on JP's little test, so did them straight out as instructed. First thoughts were that it felt pretty weird, don't often make a point of using my kegal muscles to "flex" my dick, tried to give it a good stretch and will likely go a little harder each time I do the routine until I think it's far enough (Don't want to tear anything off..). Managed to smack myself in the balls while doing the helicopter motions

    After the stretches were out of the way I quickly dove back into the water to warm up before trying the jelqs. Again sat at the side, used shampoo/shower gel as a lubricant which seemed to work pretty well (I also have an exceptionally clean member now). Sort of hard to get erect on demand, especially with the first workout seeming so alien and odd. Stuck some porn on and got myself to a nice health boner, let it fade slightly before doing the jelqs.

    Jelq's
    These were a pretty bizarre feeling, tried to mimic the "okay" hand motion as best as possible and use palm down grip. Was probably pretty poor form and my erection subsided quite a lot midway through he first 25 reps. Tip of penis was fairly red, but didn't really hurt or feel anything, I'll try and stay more erect next time, or use a tighter grip to stop blood escaping as much. An especially odd sensation occurred when I pushed a large vein I have at the bottom right of my little man, but powered through.

    V jelq's went slightly better I think, got a sort of tingly feeling at the tip of my cock when I slid my hands up, but again lost most of my wood midway through. Palm facing stomach, fingers pointed to ground but curved towards belly. After repeating each set of Jelq's I jumped back in the tub for a warm down.

    Thoughts
    So that's my first experience with the world of PE. The aftermath is a slightly tingly bellend and remarkably well washed schlong.
    Any questions or advice are more than welcome, I would be ecstatic if I saw gains after the 90 days are up. I even intend to take a before picture just on the off chance (Miracles should be documented with photographic evidence!).

    Almost at the end of week 2 and everything was going just fine until 1 minor shaving mishap... But I'll get to that.

    Stretches
    Most straight forward part of the routine as I see it, get instant results too as my flaccid hangs lower immediately after a stretch and helicopter. 25 kegals in each direction all a-okay, trying to my best to stretch well without causing injury. These have been pretty consistent throughout the past 2 weeks, also read they are a good way to increase length so here's hoping.

    Jelq's
    These have been less consistent, first week I had a bit of an issue getting an erection on demand to do these; the idea of squeezing blood into my penis isn't all that sexy. However with a little imagination and porn deprivation this got alot easier pretty fast. First week did them at around 50-60% second week I've been doing them a little higher, but will attempt to bring it back down. Just been counting each stroke and stopping at 100 for 50 reps.

    V jelqs are similar, usually do these at a higher erection quality as it seems to fade faster (Perhaps something to do with gravity?) Not sure if my grip is tight enough or in the right position, will be looking into that later.

    Overall I need to pinpoint the speed and tightness of my grip, it's been fluctuating quite a lot throughout the first 2 weeks, I imagine I could benefit from going slower and being more methodical.

    Bad Stuff
    In an attempt to remove hair from the lower part of my dick (Kept tugging on them during jelq's) I accidentally cut myself. This was a pretty unpleasant surprise and I've decided to give it a couple of days to heal up, so technically I've only done 8/10 workouts. However when I resume I'll get back to 5 days on 2 off.

    Not really bad per say, but a bit odd. I've noticed what might be excess loose skin peeling from beneath my glans/top of foreskin. I'd compare it to that white stuff that sometimes accumulates at the corners of your mouth. Not painful to wash off, occurred to me that it might be leftover shower gel/shampoo since I use that as a lubricant. Thought it was worth noting.

    Slightly tender after workouts, but it fades pretty quickly.

    Good Stuff

    Not naive enough to measure myself again just yet, but I have noticed a slight improvement in my flaccid hang. Could be connected to more blood circulating or just being horny from no porn.

    Exceptionally clean penis. Now also a bit too well trimmed.

    Been erratic with PE'ing recently, had a lot of social events and work, my poor piece is getting forgotten about, but PE'd today and will hopefully continue for another 4 days before a break.

    Been reading up on possible exercises to do after the 90 day routine, or if I will continue if it reaps no gains at all, will probably go for length mainly.
    Also had some confusion concerning how correctly I'm doing the routine.

    Stretches I usually ok-grip with the opposing hand for the direction my wang is going in, I'm uncut so I pull back and grip as far down below the glans as I can while still being in "foreskin territory". I'm pulling what I think is a sensible amount, probably an erect length in each direction, unsure if this is too much or too little (Any advice at all is appreciated).

    Jelq's I recently learned are meant to be done without the foreskin covering the head of the penis which is a bit annoying since that's how I've been going about it thus far. I'm not sure of the exact reason why you aren't meant to do this (Blood goes into foreskin instead of the glans? Don't want to stretch the skin?) but I'll attempt to hold it back and do them 1 handed tomorrow.

    No gains yet, but I didn't expect any. Just want to make sure I'm doing everything perfectly so I'm not wasting my time.

    1 month in.
    Had a pretty good run this week, 5 days on all done fine, 2 days off now.

    Read up on "hard flacids" a little as it seemed like something I may have been suffering from, going to do my best to abstain from doing anything with my dick over the next 2 days, see if my flacid penis changes at all.

    Tempted to measure to check for a difference next week but frankly I don't expect anything.

    I've read on this site that the gains occur after the recovery period, we'll see.

    Minor changes
    Being more methodical with jelq's.
    Also doing all 3 sets of wet jelq's one after the other, followed by V-jelq's as opposed to intermingled.
    Doing helicopter shakes whenever I'm in the bathroom.
    Started edging/ballooning after each session for a few minutes, idea being that I can get blood to the newly stretched area's that way.

    Got pretty frustrated this week, had some good sessions but also a few rubbish ones. Plenty of reading up on the right form and just general googling for info, seem to be just as many sources saying "This doesn't work" as the opposite, and plenty of sites fishing for money.

    Good Stuff
    Couldn't put off a quick measure any longer, my measurements were 15cm/6" for BPEL and bang on 5" for MEG. These look like small gains if you compare them to my original numbers, but I think that more likely they are due to poor initial measurements. I'll save my "Omg it works" speech for when they are unmistakable gains (.5").
    But at least I haven't shrunk or hurt myself!

    Bad Stuff
    Got small red spots for the first time, read enough to know these are likely burst blood vessels. Almost good in a way because now I know how hard is too hard, may take my 2 day break a day early in light of this, unsure.

    Taken to edging after workouts, however this has resulted me breaking my "Once a week" rule a few times, hope this doesn't slow down progress.

    Flaccid length doesn't seem to be changing much, will attempt to do fowfers from now on, also going to increase the number of stretches I do each workout slightly.

    Quick update to routine

    10 mins warmup in hot bath.

    Stretches in each direction held for 30 seconds, with kegels during the last 10 seconds - Repeated for each hand.

    Wet Jelq's at around 60% erection - 25x6

    V Jelq's at 80% - 30x3

    Post workout edge/ballooning, basically trying to fill up any stretched areas with blood.

    10 mins warm down in hot bath.

    Skipped a day this week, but made up for it. Been doing some light reading about the forum as usual and came across this thread detailing the biggest gains people have had and in what time span. -> Top performers

    It's section on how long you should spend on each exercise is a bit daunting...

    Approaching the final month of JP's 90 day routine, really hoping for some mention worthy improvement in length but I'm doubtful (Can't see any difference visually right now).

    Still going at it, added 5-10 reps to each jelqing set and stretching for longer now.

    I stopped reading at the part where you said you wanted to see if the exercises work at all. They work! They work wonderfully! Believe me, you will be absolutely blown away. I certainly was.
