BPFL – 6.25”

Current stats: 11272008
BPFL – 5.5”
FG BASE – 4.25”
FG GLAND – 4.5”

BPEL – 6.75”
EG BASE – 5.25”
EG GLAND – 5.25”

Starting with the Beginner guide routine (8 weeks remaining):
Rice Sock Warm-up (8-10minutes)
Basic Stretching Down, Left, Right, Up, Out (30sec each total of 5minutes)
Basic Jelq (10 minutes or 200reps)

Today is measuring day, hurraah!
I am surprised at my dedication to this.
I usually flop on things by now but I have been consistent in exercising.
I think because I have added it to the end of my physical workout I look forward to it a bit.

Here are the stats:
12/10/2008 measure-in
BPFL – 5.5”
FG BASE – 4.5” (+.25")
FG GLAND – 4.5”

BPEL – 7.0” (+.25")
EG BASE – 5.25”
EG GLAND – 5.5” (+.25")

Notes: As with most people after two weeks, the most noticeable gain is the hardiness of my erections. I think that is the reason for the quick gain in BPEL and EG GLAND. All good. Look forward to the next measure-in! I also added in 50 quick jelqs to help maintain my erection during the workout. I am trying to do this without porn (as much as possible)

Continuing with the Beginner guide routine (7 weeks remaining):
Rice Sock Warm-up (8-10minutes)

Default Suppliments added

I have added the use of supplements to my regiment.
In the morning before i eat I take 2 500mg L-Arginine capsule.
In the evenings with a meal I take, 1 Super B complex, 1 50 mg Zinc, 1 1000 mg L-Lysine.
I hope to purchase Yohimbine today or tomorrow.

I have missed 3 days of workouts because my mom is squatting in my office (basement) at night watching Law and Order and CSI.
Guess I will have to switch to mornings.

Default Getting back into it

Ugg, I have missed 6 days of all exercise, both PE and total body workouts.
I know that I can blame no one other than myself, I let circumstances alter my desires and actions.
This is the point in which I would normally give up.

But not this time, oh no, not this time.
I have instead decided to implore a counterbalance strategy.
Privacy has been stripped from me at night, so I could either find it really really late at night (but that would be too suspicous) or early in the morning, before everyone wakes up.

I decided to alter my schedule so that I get up a hour earlier to fit in a 20 minute full body workout, and 20 minutes of PE right before I take a shower.

Well I waited a couple of extra days before measuring again due to missing 6 days.

Here are the stats:
12/10/2008 measure-in
BPFL – 5.75” (+.25")
FG BASE – 4.5”
FG GLAND – 4.5”

BPEL – 7.0”
EG BASE – 5.25”
EG GLAND – 5.25” (-.25")

According to the measurements, I lost about a quarter of an inch in girth around my glands when erect.
This is my fifth week, 3 weeks left on beginners program.
Next measuring date is the 7th.

Default Even though it's not measuring Day...

I measured today, even though I told myself that I wasn't going to until next week.
Something inside said do it, and I'm glad I did.
I really needed the encouragement of accomplishing something.

Default Next plan Intermediate01 (for girth)

Just completed my first workout of my next workout plan for girth.

Intermediate (8 weeks - complete on march 14th 2009)
Rice Sock Warm up (10 minutes)
40-60% Flaccid Bend: Down, Left, Right, Up, (30 sec each total of 4 minutes)
50-75% Basic Jelq (100 reps, 2-3 sec each)
50-75% Alternating Side Jelq (40 reps, 5 sec each)
Rapid Kegels (5 sets, 10 reps)
0-20% Basic Stretching: Down, Left, Right, Up, Out (20 sec each, 2 times)

Though my long term goal is for an EG BASE of 6.50” and a EG GLAND of 6.75”, I hope to at least get to 5.75" - 6" in one of these categories from my current 5.25" - 5.5".

Personal Note:

I found it very difficult to resist masturbation after this session.
Just get up and walk away!

OK so I didn't post this like I thought but I injured myself somehow.
All that I know is that I went to workout one day last week, and I had scabs on the underside of my penis.
All that I can think is that I burned myself with the rice sock and didn't know it.
But I freak out when I get sick and thought that it was cancer for a second.
It could also have been the oil that i was using to jelq.
Anyway combine this with getting very sick and working 50+ hours and I've had no energy to workout.
I will be returning to all forms of exercise this week.
Basically I am ignoring the two days or so that I worked out last week and starting as though this is my first week on the intermediate plan.

Here's to girth!

Since my last post I have jelqed about 2 1/2 times.
Measured this morning with no changes.
Hope to get back to routine after I finish this project at work.
