    I figured starting a log would be a good way of keeping dedicated.

    I started JP's 90 day routine last Friday, and my measurements previous to my first workout were:
    NBPEL - 6.7"
    BPEL - 7"
    NBPFL - 4.25"
    BEG - 5.75"
    MEG - 5"
    Due to schedule inconveniences I've shifted from a 5 day on 2 day off schedule to a routine consisting of 4 days of work, a day off, a day of work, a day off, and repeat.

    Since Friday I've noticed a few encouraging changes like long-lasting growths in flaccid length and girth as well as perceived differences in my erect measurements (though I won't have any actual measurements until Friday, so it could just be in my head). I also haven't noticed any negative signs such as soreness or decreased EQ, though I'm getting some redness towards the head as well as some dry skin, but both of those go away withint 24 hours of a workout. Overall I'm pretty sure I'm not overworking .

    Today was my 2nd and last off-day for the week, and I must say the little guy's feeling pretty good. Even though it was an off day he got a bit of action with my gf, and overall performance was optimum. Except for a little bit of redness around the head, I'm in perfect shape for the next 4 days

    I was worried I wouldn't have time to get a workout in today, but I managed to get a full routine without even cutting any corners.

    Warmed up for about 10 minutes with a hot towel, did several minutes of stretches, about 5 minutes of normal jelqs and 5 of V jelqs, and finally finished with a good 10 minutes of edging.

    I wasn't able to post yesterday, but luckily I still got a workout in.

    I also took measurements, and here are the result after a week

    BPEL: 7" (+0.1-0.0 inches)
    MSEG:: 5.375 inches (+0.375 inches!)
    NBPFL: 4.75 inches (+0.5 inches!)

    Overall very encouraging gains. I'll be holding off my next measurements for at least 2 weeks since any additional progress will probably be slower than this.

    Just finished up today's routine. Started off with basic stretches, moved on to 100 jelqs and 60 v jelqs, finished off with edging and a dry orgasm.

    I took Sunday off due to illness and today's supposed to be an off day, but I'm considering squeezing in a workout anyways. In fact I'm pretty sure I'll also up my routine, as I'm really not noticing any negative PI's as is and I feel like I'd be able to handle a heavier workout. Maybe even just increasing my time spent stretching and steadily increasing my number of jelqs.

    Well, it's been about a week so I thought I should get around to writing another entry.

    I spent a majority of last week with my family for thanksgiving, so I had to take tuesday, thursday, and friday off. Frustrated with this unplanned break, I decided to up my workout a little more for Saturday night. This morning I felt no negative PI's and had an EQ of a 10, so I decided that I could take another rigorous workout. Later on I met up with my gf (who doesn't know about my PE), and I felt like she must have noticed some change, as after we did the nasty she said something to the along the lines of "I don't know what I'll do if your dick gets any bigger," which isn't something she's said before.

    When I got home I noticed that my dick felt a little... different. Like it fit in my hand in a way that I'm not used to. So even though I had decided not to measure myself again for at least another week, I took measurements, and boy was I surprised by the results!

    I took all of these measurements several times because I couldn't believe that they were real

    BPEL: 7.25 inches (up from 6.9!)
    MSEG: 5.5 inches (up from 5!)
    BEG: 5.85 inches (up from 5.75!)
    all with a constant EQ of 10
    I haven't taken any flaccid measurements yet

    These are both the lowest and most consistent measurements. Depending on what I counted as the 'middle' of my shaft the measurements were up to 5.6 or eve 5.7 inches. Also the ruler I used and have always been using is also fairly sharp and uncomfortable to press into the skin, so the BPEL I gave was the measurement that I could get without causing discomfort (really pushing down I was able to get up to about 7.5 inches).

    Hopefully more good news to come!

    I was forced to take yesterday off, so I counted it as my 2nd rest day for the week and switched today to a full workout day. I tried changing up my routine a little bit by adding more stretches and slightly increasing the intensity of my jelq reps.

    Oops, it's been a long time since I posted.

    During finals week my focus on PE really started to taper off, so since as of last week I was in about my 6th week I decided to take my week off. So as of yesterday I'm back on my daily routine and I've decided to bump up my efforts a bit. More specifically, I'm going to be both upping my amount of jelqing and slowly incorporating small amounts of ullies. My hopes are that by the end of my 2nd month I'll be able to solidly have ullies be a part of my daily routine, and by the end of my 3rd month I'll be able to start clamping.

    I'm also going to take this time to both reflect on my progress so far and my future goals. When I started I ambitiously set my goal for new years at 8" long and 6" thick, and although I haven't taken my measurements for a while, I'm pretty sure I haven't hit that. I'm completely ok with this though, as those were just a hopeful estimate. Even if I'm still measuring in at 7.5" x 5.5" (my latest measurement) I'll consider this endeavor a success so far.

    As for my future goals, I've decided that my birthday (May 15th) would be a good landmark, so I've set that as the date for my dream measurements, which are 8.25" x 6.5".

    That's about it for now. I'll be checking in again later this week.

    About to start on my workout for today. Increasing my stretches and incorporating ulis into my workout has been a success so far. I'm currently not only experiencing no negative indicators, but also substantial flaccid gains. I used to have trouble with my softy getting as small as 3 inches on a bad day (which is very discouraging, let me tell you), but recently it hasn't gotten any smaller than about 4.5", and more often than not it's staying around 5" or higher. In fact, the other night when I went to the bathroom after a long cold walk home and absolutely no arousal, I couldn't help but notice that my penis was still hanging past my balls.

    I also decided to take my measurements last night, as my original plan was to meet my goal of 8x6 by new years day (as previously stated). I was more than satisfied to see that my bone-pressed length was clocking in at 7 5/8 inches, and my mid-shaft girth was just short of 5 3/4 inches. Though this wasn't quite up to my goal, I didn't actually expect to be more than 7.5x5.5 after a month and a half of work, so this is great.

    Now I think I'll start tipping my routine even more towards girth exercises, as that's what I'm really looking for.
