I figured starting a log would be a good way of keeping dedicated.
I started JP's 90 day routine last Friday, and my measurements previous to my first workout were:
NBPEL - 6.7"
BPEL - 7"
NBPFL - 4.25"
BEG - 5.75"
MEG - 5"
Due to schedule inconveniences I've shifted from a 5 day on 2 day off schedule to a routine consisting of 4 days of work, a day off, a day of work, a day off, and repeat.
Since Friday I've noticed a few encouraging changes like long-lasting growths in flaccid length and girth as well as perceived differences in my erect measurements (though I won't have any actual measurements until Friday, so it could just be in my head). I also haven't noticed any negative signs such as soreness or decreased EQ, though I'm getting some redness towards the head as well as some dry skin, but both of those go away withint 24 hours of a workout. Overall I'm pretty sure I'm not overworking .
Today was my 2nd and last off-day for the week, and I must say the little guy's feeling pretty good. Even though it was an off day he got a bit of action with my gf, and overall performance was optimum. Except for a little bit of redness around the head, I'm in perfect shape for the next 4 days
