JP90 routine Day 17:
Warmup - 15 minutes
Two sets of stretches in all directions with 25 kegels for each stretch
Jelquing exercises - 3 sets of jelqs (30 min total) as follow:
(i) O - jelq: 7 minutes
(ii) V - jelq: 3 minutes
15 minute warm down

I have decided to add a warm down set of stretches after my jelquing. It makes sense to me from the point-of-view that we warm up muscles before and after a workout when doing sports exercises and training i.e. gym or athletics training. I know the penis is made up differently from skeletal muscles but it is something new I am adding to my routine.

I have split my routine into 2 sessions today.
Morning session:
Warmup - 10 minutes
One set of warm up stretches in all directions with 25 kegels for each stretch
One set of jelquing exercises;

(ii) V - jelq: 3 minutes
5 minute warm down
Evening session:
Warmup - 15 minutes
Two sets of jelquing exercises;
(i) O - jelq: 7 minutes
(ii) V - jelq: 3 minutes
Two sets of stretches in all directions with 25 kegels for each stretch
15 minute warm down

JP90 routine Day 22:
I am trying to confuse and get my my little J-man out of his comfort area by changing my routine. I swop the stretching and jelquing around. I also split my routine into 2 sections: a morning and evening routine. I have decided to go this week with a 5 on and 2 day off routine. Mayby this confusion will get him back into 'growing' mode.
Warmup - 15 minutes
Three sets of jelquing exercises;
(i) O - jelq: 7 minutes
(ii) V - jelq: 3 minutes
