Day 29, Sunday, 29 January 2012
Routine:
1 Cup of ginger-green tea with raw honey.
15 min warm up
2 x 30 sec basic stretches in all directions
200 kegels whilst doing stretches
12 minute of wet jelquing (doing 4 seconds 'o' jelqs for 1 minute. Then change to 4 seconds 'v' jelqs for a minute)
30 min warm down
40 min bed fower
