I had a very decent workout yesterday. My flaccid penis is starting to hang lower again. The stretching is really starting to pay off, and I'm starting to get that feeling you get after your first gains. I'll get some proper measurements tomorrow when I'm edging.

I also injured my my lower back yesterday, I could barely walk today. Hopefully it won't effect PE at all. I thought that my physical was this week but it's actually a week from today. I'll keep you guys posted.

Wow!! What a great day! I had no class, and I had one of the best PE sessions ever.

My glans is almost hanging below my scrotum. I finally managed to have more than one orgasm while edging. The first orgasm was very short, but very intense. My whole body jumped, it was relly weird. I forgot to measure though.

I'm trying really hard now to extend my orgasms through a tecnique called ESO (extended sexual orgasm). If you flex your pelvic muscles, and lightly stimulate yourself while having an orgasm, you can make your orgasm last much longer than it is supposed to be.

What a week!! I finally got my physical on Monday. Everything checked out fine, I'm healthy as I can be. My height was just under 6'8, and my weight was 210 pounds.

She told me to quit taking my supplements, but I have no desire to do so. I also made an appointment with a urologist to check some cists I have on my testicles. Hopefully everything will turn out down there.

It's been a really long time since I updated this. I've had little or no time to exercise lately because of school. I'm also spending a lot of time looking for some summer work so I can sock away a little extra cash.

I haven't had a good day of PE for about a month. Lately I've just been doing lig stretches and some tunica tugs in the shower, but today is the day where everything changes. I plan to make time for some serious PE from now on. My length hasn't changed much, but my girth is off of the charts since March. I'm really excited about that!!

My latest measurements as of this morning are:

6.6 BPEL (barely)
5.0 EG (at the widest part of my shaft) That makes one inch since I started!!

My new routine as of this morning:

10min warm up
15min stretching (left, down, right, up, and everywhere in between)
40 jai stretches
10 tunica tugs
10min wet jelqing

This routine will be 2 days on and 1 day off. Time to get to work!

1" in girth in under 7 months is the biggest gain I have ever heard of in the girth department. You are an icon jayhawk.

You have gone from average to BIG in a very short period of time. Congrats dude. You'll be massive in a year's time.
