Man it's been a long time since I sat down and tracked my progress. Today is a new day, I'm making a commitment from here on out to PE and the PEGYM. From my last post it seems that I have lost about .20 inches of EL from my absolute peak in May 2009. Turtling has been a huge problem lately with the weather being so cold. I plan to wrap my penis in a hot rag a few times a day to help alleviate that. Current measurements: 6.55 inches BPEL 4.8 inches EG My new routine: 10min warm up (hot rag) 10min stretching (short, high intensity stretches in every direction) 5min jelqing (overhand grip) 5min v-jelqing no warm down or cool down My plan is to start of low and slow before I get my penis to the condition it was in. I'll see where I am in two weeks time. |

Thanks for the support you guys!! My workouts are going very well. I've already noticed a difference in my flaccid penis already, it's hanging lower and it's more plump. Today is my off day, but I'm still kegeling whenever I get the chance.

![]() ![]() ![]() | New Revised Routine 10min warm up (hot rag) 10min stretching (short, high intensity stretches in every direction) 100 4 fingered squeezes (someday I'll be able to use 8 fingers) 5 min jelqing (overhand grip) 5min semi-erect v-jelqing I know that I was going to see where I was in two weeks, but after much thought I've decided to change to a slighty more intense than my previous one. After all of the reading I've done the past few days, I feel that a routine like this will better suit me in the coming weeks. I've just had two days of rest, so I'm going to be able to start this one very fresh.
