Boy I can't even begin to tell you how good it feels to be back.


I've been pretty busy during the day lately so I've had to sneak in my workouts while I'm showering. The stretches and jelqs I can manage in the shower, but I just do the squeezes while I'm at the computer. I've also decided to start a more strict kegeling regimen as well.

I finally got some privacy today, so I managed to get a solid PE session in. All is going well, I'm also noticing some very positive PI's.

There hasn't been much time for PE lately, family obligations have bogged me down for the past two weeks. Privacy (getting a nice long warm-up) has also been a contributing factor keeping me from exercising. My attitude has also been a bit negative. Ever since I left on vaction for the Thanksgiving holiday, I've been completely lost. I've completely lost my focus, and I'm having a hard time trying to get back to where I was.

Fowfers have made a great alternative warm-up. After a nice long fowfer, I've been doing some mild stretching. I'm also doing a more advanced kegel routine by progressively doing harder and harder kegels.

The weather has been extrememly cold and dry and it's only going to get colder here. The second I step outside, my penis turtles right up. Since it's so dry, the skin on my penis is very dry and flaky, so I've been going overboad on the moisturizer. I hate winter.

Things are going better. I'm finally starting to find that direction that I've been searching for lately. My attitude is definately improving.

Here is my routine as of late:

10min warm-up
15min light flaccid stretches (every direction)
5min overhand jelqing (about a 50% eretion level)
5min v-jelqing (25-50% erection level)
50 light squeezes

I never do kegels during my actual workout, I always do them later or on my rest day. I'm not sure about the exact number of kegels because I always loose count. Lately, I've been trying pyramid kegels to give myself a better workout. Today I could really feel the amount of work I put into my pelvic floor. It feels a bit fatigued, so I'm going to take a two day break and let my muscles rest.

The weather has only gotten colder here yesterday morning the thermometer read 12 degrees, and the morning before last it read 8 degrees....That's fucking cold!! I've been wrapping my penis with a hot rag four times a day to combat the turtling, I've also been drinking lots of hot erection tea as well. I really hope it warms up soon.
