I haven't felt the urge to continue my current routine. I haven't even felt the need to exercise. Maybe I should'nt have taken this break after all. I did edge last night....but I made a mistake and blew my load all over the place!! I got some advice on how to edge properly now. Pretty sure I was doing it wrong.I will post a brand new routine for sure tomorrow.

jayhawk11 do you mind telling me what was your initial routine and what were the adjustments (increments) you made throughout the three months?

![]() ![]() ![]() | I started by following a guide posted on this website but not form the forum. I then added what I thought were the best exercises (V-jelqing, edging...ect). The latest change I made was turning my v-jelq sideways.

Yes I'm using the routine from the site also but what I'm curious is that on the first page of this thread you say you do 10 minutes jelqing. But didn't you start with 10 mins? Didn't you increase the time throughout the three months? I have a question regarding the V-Jelq. I always do it and I think I'm doing it right but I really don't feel much expansion from it. It isn't very intense, is this normal? I must say I do these while standing up, that might influence. Do you use the same erection % while doing the V-jelq as you do when doing normal jelqs? Also throughout the three months did you do your routine every other day like it says on the site?

I started doing my routine 2 days on and 1 day off about a month ago to make things a little more intense. I always jelq for 10 minutes no matter what. I split my jelqing routine in half (5 minutes v-jelqing and 5 minutes wet jelqing). V-jelqing always gives me a very good workout. Try doing it laying down. Yes, do it with the same erection level that you jelq with.

I finally came up with a new routine. I will implement this tomorrow and cut my break short for fear that I will lose my will to exercise Routine: 10 min warm up (hot rag on my penis and groin, and a rice sock on my perineum) 10 min streching (up, down, left, right with helicopter shakes inbetween) 8 min wet jelqing (3-5 second strokes) 8 min v-jelqing (regular and sideways) 30 min edging 100 kegels every other day I will exercise 2 days on and 1 day off. When I feel that I am ready I will exercise 3 days on and 1 day off. I will also make sure to keep my penis plump throughout the day.
