So you didn't increase the load on your routine throughout the three months and you still gained, interesting. I think I might try switching to 2 days on 1 day off.

My first workout went really well. My EQ did not fluctuate at all. The house was a little cold, so I had trouble keeping my penis and hands warm. I'm working really hard to become multi-orgasmic. I'm going to edge my socks off until I can do it.

I had another decent workout today. I can finally see my penis getting girth in the other direction. My penis isn't as flat as it used to be. I'll measure again in a week.

Forgot to exercise last night. I was really busy writing papers for some courses I'm taking. I'll make sure form now on not to do that again. I'll be sure to exercise tonight though.

Forgot to exercise agian last night!!! I did edge for about 45min before I went to sleep though. The funniest thing happened last night. I when I was ready to finish my session; I dedcided to to reach my PONR and then stop, and then finish. When I was about to reach my PONR I stopped stimulation, and waited for a second. Without touching my penis, I reached my PONR and ejaculated. It was the weirdest thing. Afterwards I had a rock hard erection for about ten minutes.

Alright. I remebered to exercise today. It wasn't a very good session though. My EQ was a bit lacking, and I could not focus very well on exercising. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

I rencently took a couple of days off from exercising. Last night I finally had a decent amount of time to implement my entire routine.

I had a good session last night. I wound up edging for 45min before my body couldn't take it anymore, and I ejaculated. This ejaculation was different though. It lasted almost fifteen seconds instead of ten. When I was done I had a raging hard-on for about ten minutes. My penis was limp though. Weird.

I also had a little trouble urinating this morning. I sort of dribble until I'm done. But then when I urinate later, I'm perfectly fine. Anyone know why this happens??? Your advice would be greatly appreciated.

Ok. I admit it. I haven't been all that commited to PE in quite some time. My exercising has been quite lackluster over the past few weeks. My New Year's Resolution was to stay committed through thick and thin, and I'm clearly failing at that. I have managed to do a few things though; I've really pushed the Plump Theory ahead of exercise itself. I would say that it has worked quite well. My flaccid hang is definately lower than it was a few weeks ago. I have also managed to change my diet to in an attempt to improve my overall health. I am tihinking about writing a book. I am also contemplating a run for congress to oust the congressman that I voted for.

I will try now to stay as committed as possible to PE as long as it does not affect my grades at college, or my personal life (I doubt that will happen).
