My workout last night was awful. I stopped watching porn (even while I exercise) and my EQ was quite lax because of it. Hopefully I can condition myself to not need porn when I exercise.

I also like my new routine too. I woke up this morning with a huge boner!!! My morning wood is back!!!!!

Quitting porn is difficult.

Yeah. No porn sucks. I like my routine. So far I've gained pretty well. This routine is only slightly more intense than my old one.

Edging doesn't make me gain because I dont do it properly. I just masturbate hard, when I feel like Im gonna cum, I stop. Then I do it again and I stop. I do that 15 times.

I still need a more specific explanation of edging, but if its what I think it is, then I dont have the patience for that.

Edging takes a lot of patience. You need to lightly stimulate your penis. It takes me almost an hour just to get to my PONR.

At first I didn't have the patience, but now I do. I read an article over at Betterman that taught you how to extend your orgasm. The article stated that you could extend your orgasm for over an hour!!!! I'm going to concentrate on that now.

That's what I do for edging too. I just jack off normally and when I feel I'm getting close to the PONR I stop and wait untill it passes.
I also didn't really understand the explanation. Touching my penis lightly and at the base doesn't seem to excite me.
