My workout last night was awful. I stopped watching porn (even while I exercise) and my EQ was quite lax because of it. Hopefully I can condition myself to not need porn when I exercise. I also like my new routine too. I woke up this morning with a huge boner!!! My morning wood is back!!!!!

Edging doesn't make me gain because I dont do it properly. I just masturbate hard, when I feel like Im gonna cum, I stop. Then I do it again and I stop. I do that 15 times. I still need a more specific explanation of edging, but if its what I think it is, then I dont have the patience for that.
