    Hey guys,

    I've been lurking around this forum for a few weeks now trying to pick up tips, workouts and information on pe-ing and have finally decided to start a log in order to try to track progress more accurately and help me to maintain focus in lengthening my penis.

    As stated I really, really, really want to increase my penis size. I'm 24 and have only ever had one girlfriend for about a month (mainly due to my sensitivity about my penis size (it's 5 inches long and 5 inches round)) and on top of this I seem to suffer with some performance anxiety (brilliant). In a bid to help my confidence I'm going to be doing everything possible to help achieve my goal of gaining a six inch stonker.

    I've been pe-ing for about 5 weeks now. My workout program involves taking a bath for about 20 minutes to get fully warmed up. I then do some penis streches (down, right, up and left) holding each of these for 10 seconds and completing 10 sets in total (at this point I am still in the bath). I then get out of the bath and retreat to my bedroom and do 10 minutes of jelqing (although recently I've increased this to 11 and now 12. I then warm down with a rice sock for about 10 minutes. I do this every other day in order to try to allow enough time for recovery.

    As of yet I haven't really seen any gains in terms of actual measured erect lengths, however my erection quality has definitely improved and my erections look a lot more vascular. Also my flaccid length and girth seems larger although I haven't really tracked this as it's not massively important to me. If any of you guys have got any comments on this or have any recommendations on my current workout routine please let me know.

    Well. That's about it from me for now. I'm not planning to update everyday like some people as I'm generally pretty strict with exercising and it may become a bit monotonous for you guys. I think an update every week should be enough to keep me determined and let you guys know whether I've made any gains or had any disasters! I think I'm going to try to measure every month so hopefully there's some amount of gain during measures.

    P.s. I was just wondering for you guys you have experienced gains when did you start to gain in length or girth from the time of starting? I know it's more of a lifestyle change than a quick fix but I just wanted to gauge the average.

    Hey I specialize in monotony so post as much as you like. Gains will come when they come but try giving yourself 3 months before you get wacky with the ruler!

      Good to see you start a log, your routine looks good for a beginner. I like how you are slowly increasing jelque time. stick with it and also log any positives or negatives that stand out as well as your regular entries. best of luck

        Hey guys,

        It's almost being a week so I thought I'd drop a quick update on where I am. I've been working out as my plan above indicates but yesterday did miss a workout one due to unforeseen festivities taking place i.e. going to the pub with my friends at the last minute, but as I am off work today I'm going to have a workout in a minute to try to make up. This was the first one I've missed so I was a bit annoyed with myself but I even trained Christmas day and it's an awkward period to find the time with all the commotion.

        Workouts are going really well and I actually feel like I kind of enjoy them, must be a sense of satisfaction. One thing I do have problems with is controlling my erection levels. I often find when jelqing or stretching that I get a full on hard on and have to stop and wait for it to go down. I do feel I've got better control than when I started now though and so hopefully this will continue to improve.

        I've also being trying to rein in the amount of porn I watch (I used to masturbate probably on average twice a day). I've bought it down to once every couple of days as I know you guys suggest that this can help gains.

        As I stated before I'm going to measure up every month or so and as of yet I haven't been tempted. As of yet I don't feel like my penis is any longer but erection quality continues to improve.

          Another update,

          Still being working out. Added an extra cycle of stretches and another minute of jelqing plus started kegelling in order to keep the progression going.

          Did have a major scare yesterday though. Think I might have a slight condition of 'hard flaccid' which, to be honest has scared the living daylights out of me over the past 24 hours. Last night after a workout my penis seemed to really shrivel up and became pretty hard when flaccid however today at work, when my mind was elsewhere it felt more normal. I think not thinking about it helped me relax.I have tried to apply heat whenever possible. Going to take a break from working out for a couple of days and keep applying heat to try to make sure that nothing is wrong. Think it may have been a case of thinking about it and being very anxious of it as well, but I'll let you know how this resolves itself.

          If anyone has any suggestions of how to help cure 'hard flaccid' other than a heat cussion or time please let me know.

            I've just been researching this hard flaccid business and I've got to admit I'm scared silly. I just got in the bath to try to relax and my penis really shrivelled up. It feels hard pretty much all the time, looks slightly discoloured, seems a lot smaller than normal, feels extremely numb and I'm having serious anxiety attacks plus I've read a lot of stories of guys having this sort of problem for life.... Does anybody have any advice or stories in which they fully recovered from this, with descriptions of how they did it?

            Any advice would be much appreciated.

              Just give yourself a week of. When you back to your routine be gentle. No you don't have a hard flaccid. Next question?

                After my minor breakdown last week, where I thought I'd got hard flaccid (turns out it was just my mind working overtime as insinuated above) I thought I'd update a few of my stats, just to have on record as a starting point. I've been working out for probably 4 weeks now but I didn't take any strict measurements then, as I was unsure of the various measuring techniques and of how big an influence this would have on me, so these will be used as a starting point for future comparison.

                08/01/12 (01/08/12 US)

                BPEL - 5" 11/16
                NBPEL - 4" 7/8
                Base Girth - 5" 1/8
                Middle Girth - 4" 11/16
                Glans Girth - 4" 3/8

                After my mini breakdown where I had 4 days off I've had two great workouts. I've also started drinking a lot of green tea (probably around 4 cups a day), taking ginkgo biloba, l-argenine and fish oil a long with the multi-vitamin tablets I've always taken. I think I'm going to start working out 5 days on 2 off as stated in JP's 90 day routine to up the intensity a bit (hopefully forcing some gains).

                Also definitely got to stay away from the tape until next month, which is hard for me although I must withold!!! Next measurement shall be Sunday 5th February.

                If anybody has any advice or comments, please let me know.

                  Finished the first week of training 5 days on, now two days off. Increased stretches to 13 no. and 13 minutes jelqing. Also did 35 kegels for 35 second hold. Next week I'll do 14s and 40 kegels.

                  Also started getting serious in the gym again following new year and haven't touched alcohol since new year either. Trying not to drink for the whole of January!

                  Morning wood seems much more frequent than before I began training as well which is good. I think since I started taking the supplements last week it's really improved.

                    Hey guys,

                    Haven't forgotten about this! I've had to stay at my friends house for a couple of weeks as he has split up with his girlfriend. This meant that a reduced workout has been taking place as obviously I didn't have the privacy of my own space. The workout consisted of around 10 streches as described above and about 5 mins of jelqing, plus 40 kegels but lacked intensity and warming down! Back at home now so the full on workout begins again tonight. Actually looking forward to having a proper workout again. Still being taking the supplements.

                    I did just do some measurements just and there are no signs of gains as of yet (maybe a 16th of an inch BPEL but not too sure). Will not be deterred though, just need to start working hard again!

                      Started JP90s routine last week. One full week down and now into the second. It lasts quite a bit longer than my old routine and by the end my hand hurts from all the jelqing but going to see how it goes. Try and stick to this for the next 12 weeks or so. My penis also feels a bit sore the next day but I guess with an increase in repetitions of this quantity compared to my routine your bound to feel some effects. Keepng up with the supplements as well.

                        Quick update. Halfway through 3rd week of JP90s program and have seen my first gains!!!

                        Haven't marked them down exactly and only measured lengths but BPEL is circa - 5" 15/16s (previous 5" 11/16s) and NBPEL is just above the 5" mark, previously 4" 7/8s. Very excited about these gains. Going to keep up this routine religiously as have been doing, keep taking the supplements and measure up in a month or so.

                          Week 3 finished Friday but had a binge drinking session this weekend with friends. My penis seems to have felt the effects of this and seems quite small compared to normal . My erection quality also seems to have dropped off. Has anybody else experienced anything like this after drinking?

                          I hope that all my hard work the week before and the new measurements I had last week won't be effected. O Well. Going to continue JP90s routine next week.

                            Had another day off today. Penis felt sore all day so just applied heat when I got back from work. Hopefully it will feel OK tomorrow and I can get back to working out.

                              Still sore and been slightly smaller than normal still today, although definitely returning to health with all the heat cussions and baths after work! Warmed up to start a workout today. Did the first stretch and realised it wasn't quite right yet as felt a bit sore. Decided to be safe and give it a miss. Bit disappointing as I really want to kick on with the JP90 routine! We'll see what tomorrow brings.
