Hey guys. Well I've been a member for a while but, have not been very commited at all. This has been due to a HUGE amount of stress I've been having lately, due to problems with my GF of one year and having trouble helping my parents pay the rent. Anyway, I finally resolved all my problem with that butch, and actually won $1000 dollars from a lotery ticket, so I don't have to worry about the rent anymore. Things are going goo. Now, when I first started, I had only been going for about a month and had gained .125 inches in EL. Well, I stopped after that and, of course lost that gain. I am however, ready to start a new, and get those damn gains I've been wanting. Here are my current stats: (not putting flaccid stats as I can care less) BPEL: one notch over 6.5 in. NBPEL: 5 in. (i know wow. I don't know why, but I'm a fairly fit guy and are not by any means fat. It just seems that all my fat likes to go to my thighs and dick area. . . .and my ass majorly) EG: (under glans)- 4.5 in. EG: (base) - 4.25 in. And now, here's my major reason for doing this. Due to that good 1 and 1/2 inches being covered by my fat, I really only have 5 inches to use when having sex. This pisses me off. I cant believe that I have an extra 1.5 inches that I cant use use. This bothers me so much because I always seem to slip out of my girl when we have sex. Its just so frustrating and embarrasing guys it is. I mean, I'm really good at oral and always make her moan and cum eventually, when I'm inside her but. . . . I just feel completely inadequate. It kills my self esteem. And I know that my girl is mighty tight so. . . .thats probably the only reason I'm pleasing her with my penetration. Anyway guys, since I am so self concious of this, I want to get those gains, and I made this thread for advice, motivation from all of you, and to keep me motivated as well. Here's my routine: 7-8 min. warm up 50 kegels (should I add more?) 5 minutes of stretching: Sets of 30 seconds in each direction (down, up, left, right) 50 wet jelqs (100 total strokes. Should I add more?) 5 minutes warm down. Now guys, Im not so sure about the helicopters because I have no damn idea what they are for or if they even really help. I also don't know about the whole "stretching around in a circle", because would'nt the way that I am stretching, as I stated above, good enough? Lastly, I like to do the kegels seperately, because when I do them while stretching, I get erect. What is your opinions of all of this? Thanks guys. Short-term goal (1.5 months) .5 inches in erect length (realistic?) .20 inches in girth (realistic?) Thanks so much for listening guys. Also, I want to start my first routine today but I dont think I should because it kinda hurts and I can only get it about 80% up. This is I think because of my GF squeezing too hard when she gave me a handjob the other day. . . .yeah.. . .Thanks again guys. . . .Aw hell I'm comfortable with my sexuality (straight). Hello Mr. Friend. The copter shakes are to get the(from what I've read)blood flowin back into the dick. it never hurts to try something new. just swing the sucker around like a key chain after your streches. I find that it does fell alittle bit different when i shake, compaired to when i don't shake. gains will come as long as your motivated. About that fat, do some sit ups, dumbell squats, alittle bit of running. it doesn't hurt to improve yourself. And about slippin out when your doing it, if she doesn't mind then you should't mention it. hopefully that helps

Hey Mr. Friend. Glad you can finally commit. Take it easy for a couple of days until your EQ and PI's are back to normal. Try warming up for at least 10 minutes. Stretch and jelq for 10 minutes when you feel ready. I also recommend edging for at least fifteen minutes. Always ejaculate when you're done. Don't worry it won't affect your gains, it might actually help. Oh and one more thing check out Kingpole's safety thread in the beginner forum. You'll be glad you did. Good luck. Jayhawk
