Yup, I do watch some porn when I edge. I'm not depressed at all, or stressed for that matter (heh, I'm only taking 12 credit hours this semester ). Mono has been bothering me for about a month, but all of these signs have been going on for a year. I never consume caffeine; I hate coffee and soda is just not good for you!

Well, I started up supplements of regular multivitamins, Lecithin, and ZMA to help boost my testosterone and libido. I also dropped my routine down to 10 minute warm up, six minutes of light stretches, 150 OK jelqs, 6 minute warm-down. So far, I actually have a solid flaccid hang...plump and all. Have not tried for a full erection yet though...

Oh boy, you got me scared of Lecithin now...I don't want a build up of estrogen!!!! ![]() Thanks for all of your help guys, I'm gonna give this routine a month. If my PI's don't change (I'm not looking for gains right now, just some positive PI's), I'm taking a good break. |

You would need to take at least 10 grams per day (8 pills). Sorry, I didn't mean to scare you off the stuff. I just wanted to let you know so it wouldn't come as a shock when someone else tells you. But relax. You'd have to take A LOT and for a long time for it to have a negative effect on you. Even with that said, you are aware that the male body does produce estrogen, right? It's not going to be something new in your system.

Well, I just did some 20 minute edging after my session. My EQ was good, nothing that would cut diamonds but noticeably better than on Sunday. I'll take this as a good sign...I also edged without porn.
