yeah he is actually one of my best friends, but he is one of those guys that just TEAR people apart...he is hilarious, just not when he is making fun of you! Anyway, had a great session today! Jelqing went great...I started to kegal at the end of my jelq strokes and that turned out pretty well. I tried a much lighter grip on my Uli's, and kegaled right beforehand to plump up my penis more...the results were incredible. I could really feel my penis expanding! |

Supposed to edge today...but I don't feel any arousal at all so I'm going to take today as a rest day. I think I might've killed myself with those Uli's yesterday!

Another solid routine day...but seriously, those A-Stretches feel like they are doing NOTHING for me! Same with any other length stretch...jeez...

I know it's hard but stick with that routine for a while. Even if you feel it isn't working let time tell you if it's working or not.

yeah, I'm going to stick with this one for about 2 and a half more months and see how it goes (cause I started this routine two weeks ago)!

Good day once more! This week has been great, and now next week I will take a rest week. I've basically replaced Tunica Tugs with Horse Squeezes...I just like them more, so I did 3 sets of 20 seconds with those (it's a pretty intense exercise).

Thanks man ![]() Yesterday during my edging session, I had the hardest erection I have probably ever had. I had an old tape measure nearby, and I was up to 7.2 NBPEL. I didn't get to check girth/BPEL, however. I think it was because I was contracting/pushing out with my BC muscles about every 5 seconds for a 2 second count. I might've slightly passed gas once though |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I don't do many stretches myself but I do alter the way I Jelq to get the most length I can. At the end of every Jelq stroke I will grip slightly tighter and hold a stretch for a couple of seconds and at the same time with my base grip squeeze slightly harder for a couple of seconds and release then continue with the Jelq stroke. This adds an extra stretch for length and also helps with Glans enlargement and girth. I'm just trying to get the most out of my routine and workout that I can. Try a few of these and see if they might be able to help in some way. Good luck. HT.
