Default My New (and Improved) Advanced Routine!

So after completing the 90 day (three month) beginner routine, I have formulated my own advanced routine (with the advice of kingpole going411by7).

So here it is, 3 days a week (either Sun, Tues, Thurs...or Mon, Wed, Fri....it depends on the week/my schedule).

Day 1:
Warm-up 8 - 10 minutes
Basic stretches (straight out, down, left, right) - 15 seconds each way
Rotation stretch (10 long seconds each direction)
OK jelq - 75 reps, 5-7 seconds. Going for 30% erection, or less.
V-Jelq - 45 reps, 5-7 seconds. 30% erection or less
Uli squeeze - 3 sets of 40 seconds, last set 45 seconds for extra intensity
Erect Stretch 3 sets of 30 seconds
(Note that I do one set of Uli's, then one set of Erect Stretches...I superset them together)
Compressor - 5 sets of 10 seconds (about 30-50% erect. Grab the base with an OK sign, and with the other hand grab just under the glans with an OK sign. Squeeze and hold).
20 Erect Kegals
JAI Stretch - 3 sets of 30 seconds
Warm-down: Shower

Day 2:
Same warm-up/stretching as Day 1
OK jelq - 150 reps, 3 seconds. 30% erection
V-Jelq - 70 reps, 3 seconds. 30% erection
Horse Squeeze - 3 sets of 20 seconds
Erect Stretch - 3 sets of 30 seconds
(Again, supersetting Horse Squeeze and Erect Stretch)
20 Erect Kegals
A-Stretch - 3 sets of 30 seconds
Tunica Tugs - 3 sets of 30 seconds
Warm-down: Shower

Day 3:
Repeat Day 1


On the days that I am not doing PE, I do a single ballooning sessions ranging from 15-20 minutes w/ ejaculation. On days that I do PE, I aim to do 100 kegals throughout the day (including the 20 I do in my session).

Sounds like a nice and varied routine.
The trick is not to use a tight grip when doing low erect jelqs. The slowness of the jelq helps with the plumping. You do realize uli's are done fully erect.
You may want to do them on your ballooning days. Be careful with Uli's, and Compressors

Yes, I recognize Uli's should be done fully erect, which is why I superset them with erect stretches!

I wonder...while I'm doing a Uli, could I also do an erect stretch using my other hand?

Could one of you fine mods move this to the progress log section? I'm going to make this thread my log...save thread space

Did "Day 2" of my work-out today...the 150 wet OK jelqs went perfectly; the v-jelqs lacked a little bit, which was surprising. However, I guess I should've expected it...I have caught my school's "norovirus" that causes nausea, extreme abdominal cramps, vomiting, and diarreha. I blame my sickness for my lackluster performance today...only could muster up two sets each of horse squeezes, erect stretches, A-Stretches, and tunica tugs. I tried to do kegals, but for some reason those made me really dizzy? Weird.

Here's to hoping tomorrow is a better day for edging!

STARTING STATS: 7.25 BPEL, 5.2 EG

ugh, another poor PE day. Again, the jelqing/v-jelqing went fine, but I have a very hard time getting fully erect afterwards to do Uli's and Erect Stretches...so I cancelled those out and did extra compressors and finish with 2 x 45 JAI stretches...right now I'm trying to some fowfers while typing...

That's a pretty hardcore routine.

I just started the Uli's but I'm only doing one set of 30 seconds. I might add another set soon. Im trying to advance VERY slowly.

I have gotten some gains already though.
