Well Gentlemen,

I took another 2 month break. Not because I needed it but mainly due to my schedule. Anyway, I started up a new routine in May. I have high hopes for this one.

Here are my thoughts:

I'm totally convinced the chemicals do nothing by themselves. Not necessarily a huge revelation but more of a refocus for me. The guy I know who made the most gains with Chemical PE was a newbie. I believe the more you train the tougher the tissues become and the less they respond to the chemicals. I think I was placing too much emphasis on the injections and just going through the motions of a routine.

My last routine did not result in any size gains, but I finished up with a 10+ EQ. Most of my routines for the past year have been pretty typical with standard exercises (jelq, pumping, manual stretching.) I think my septum and tunica are approaching steel-cable properties and it's going to require a major shift in strategy to get them to budge.

New Training Strategy:

Pretty much everything I have ever read involving stretching (be it muscle, tendons, ligaments, etc), agrees on what is most effective; being - light force for extended periods of time. Heat is a huge plus. I think most of my routines fall way shot in this area.

Goal #1: Keep my penis in an extended state more than not. Meaning, out of 24 hours a day I want to shoot for more that 12 hours extended.
Goal #2: Apply heat morning, afternoon and evening. Cool while extended.
Goal #3: Alternate tunica/septum and smooth muscle training.

Thus far I am wearing 1.5 lbs of golf weights for 15 hours a day, 7 days a week. So, far It appears my FSL is increasing. This is an assumption being that I have not measured yet.

I plan on adding .75 lbs every 2 months until I get an increase of 1/8" BPEL or 1/4" BPFSL. At that time I will switch to somewhere between 75-80% smooth muscle exercises (jelqs, pumping and clamping) along with injections. I will keep a 20-25% tunica stretch to prevent loosing the gains. The idea here is to create a "gap" with length based exercises and then "fill it" with smooth muscle.

I'll try to post measurements in a couple weeks.

UPDATE:

New training strategy seems to be working! I have gained 1/4" BPEL in the past 6 weeks. I'm going to keep the weight the same for a couple more weeks. I may add another ring or maybe just increase my time a little. Right now I'm at about 12-13 hours per day; some days I get 15. I want to maximize my hanging time before increasing weight.

I haven't measured girth but I think it is about the same.

Lengthwise, I have officially reached my goal for June!

Good to see you posting Iguana. The "Golf Weights", how are these to wear while sitting? Any pinching?

Thanks JP! Actually, they're not bad. I wrap about 1/3 the way up with ace bandage and put the weights on over the wrap.
So, they don't actually touch the skin. I use a Velcro cable tie to hold on. Works great! Very comfortable!

I am very curious about how this is going ... I just moved back to the GTA so im not that far from the doctor doing this and im currently between cars but once I get a new one (hopfully October) I'll go in to see him

I have lost a good portion of gains ,at the end of the brake i will be doing :

25mcg -igf
every other day along with 6-8 hours of stretches and 30min of 60% erection jelqing and depending how I feel I will add in cialis at 20mg and clamping

What was the routine that provided the 10+ EQ improvement?

Very interested in that. . .
I'm guessing this is the same routine from the TGC study?
