started on 1/15/09 my size is 7in NBPL ER my girth is 5in ER hoping that on 3/15/09 i can c some change like 7.5 NBPL and girth like 5.5 that b cool

You are starting right were I did lick, whatever you do don't rush into this. Stick to a sensible routine and you will have a better chance of reaching your goal. The best thing to do is start out slow and work yourself into the exercises, if you do them correctly you will gain. Try and push your goal out a bit further like 3-4 months, it will take that long to figure out what you need anyways. I think you can make that in length but girth is a very different monster. Most of the time the gain ratio is 2:1 on length vs girth gains, thats what it is for me and a great deal of other guys in here. Keep you goals sensible and go from there. Good Luck. HT.

hay guys im back is pe ing u were right 3mo is not good 2 c resluts but not giving up now im going 4 6mo feel more fuller and harder wanted 2 ask why some time i do my pe and i c it fatter and longer and some time nothing do i need more sleep should i slow down i do about 200 j's a day 5 day sat and sun off and i also hang a 10oz fishing w 4 about 3 to b4 hours a day is it 2 much .... this place has givin me a lot of hope i c porn and guys with 10 inchs all i wat is a nice 9 nbp and 6- 1/2 gs is that 2 much can some one train me or help me so i can make it i work a lot im also in brooklyn thanks guys 4 all the help

The are many reasons why some of your PE workouts don't produce a more plump looking penis. The most common reason is slightly too much intensity. It's not really a horrible thing as long as you don't break your dick. But when your post workout flaccid isn't as big as it should be, it usually means you gripped or stretched too hard. 200 Jelqs on a 5 on 2 off routine is slightly high I think considering you are a beginner. Maybe cut that back to 100. Quote:
