I'm definintely gonna try this routine and start my progress log this upcoming week.

10-15mins warm-up (heating pad)
1 set, 4-way flaccid bend (10 secs each)
20 jai stretches
5-way basic stretches (30 secs. each, 2 sets)
20 circle stretches (10 each way)
60 wet jelqs (5 second strokes)
5 min cool down
150 kegels every other day


I am mainly working out to gain girth. I'm a bit worried that because I'm only doing 60 jelqs, I won't gain much since I have 3 stretch exercises. Maybe I should remove an exercise?

It's been 3 weeks since I have measured. I'm happy to say I've added another tenth of an inch on to my BPEL (8.10" now). I measured 3 days in a row and they all registered the same length! YAY FOR PE!


Well... after weeks of being patient, my girlfriend has finally decided to have sex. And boy is it damn good sex too! She wants it every night too! Thank God I PE in the morning because would certainly put a hammerlock on any evening PE sessions. I might be switching to a 1 on, 1 off routine though - she tires my unit out.

I'll measure when I get a month or so in, just for interest, but I appreciate gains can take a while.

I've officially altered my routine down a bit.

15-Min warmup
5-Min Stretching
10-Min V-Jelq
5-Min Cool Down

My girlfriend has become a sex hungry fiend ever since I got her comfortable with the idea. Now she wants it all the time. Working a tired cock is not good, so I'm now doing my routine 1 day on, 1 day off. I know I can still gain doing this so I'm not concerned. I'm only V-Jelqing now because my main focus is girth and I think they are much better for girth gains.

I think I'm love too....Exciting and scary at the same time.
