A little about me: My name is Aaron and I’m 20 years old. I’m sort of a little guy at 5’7” and I only weigh a measly 133 pounds. I go to college full time at USC as well. I started doing PE over two years ago and in that time I have had some great success. If you would like to read my story, there is a link to it in my signature at the bottom. It also includes the two routines that I have used in that time leading up until now. I am currently on a day off of PE, so tomorrow I will be unveiling my new routine. Here it is: 2 DAYS ON -- 1 DAY OFF ** 15-20 Minutes: Warm Up ( Rice sock but I use FLAX SEED (maintains the heat much better) ** JAI Stretches: 30 stretches, 2 second stretch, 2 second release (my warm-up stretch) ** Basic Stretching (Left, Right, Out, Up): 50 Kegels per position. Helicopter shakes between each position ** Flaccid Bends: 5 bends each lasting 10 seconds ** Ulis: 3 reps each lasting 60 seconds ** Compressors: 5 reps ** 15 Minutes: Wet Jelq OK grip (5 second strokes) ** 5 Minutes: V-Jelqing (on the sides) (5 second strokes) ** 60 Minutes: Edging (I'm now going to ejaculate at the end of every session) ** 8 Minutes: Cool Down I'm still only doing basic stretching because despite the fact I have been at this for over 2 years, I'm sticking to my guns with the "less is better" ideology. I'm also adding an ejaculation at the end of every PE session now because I am completely convinced that it does not harm gains as long as you edge sufficiently long. The cool down is something new for me as well (I have NEVER done one before). But it seems logical and I'm going to give it a go with this routine. I'm going to stick with this routine religiously for 6-months as long as I don't inflict any pain on myself. My main focus here is girth. I'm not really hoping to gain much more in length but I won't object to it. Current Stats BPEL: Length: 8.00" Girth: 5.75" Session Goal BPEL (6 Months): Length: 8.25" Girth: 6.00" Comments and suggestions are very much welcome. Thanks!

WHY CAN'T I FOLLOW MY OWN ADVICE? I did my new routine for 3 sessions and I would say the sessions went sour at best. I didn't even have morning wood today which is the first time that has happened in at least 5 months (probably more). My penis even felt too tired to piss this morning. Yeah, they feel great and create quite a nice bulge, but they are the only new exercises that I added to my routine and I'm having all this negative shit happen. So, they're out for now. I'll experiment them again when I get my EQ back. I'm going to keep the flaccid bends because I believe these are great exercises when done in a completely flaccid state. I am really going to tone my jelqing down to beginner's level. 8 minutes and 2 minutes. I can't believe I made such an intense routine. What a stupid I am.

Same here. I haven't gotten morning wood as frequenly as I used to. So starting today I'm going back to the basics.

I also do 8 minutes wet jelq ok grip and 2 minutes v-jelq. What do you mean by on the sides?

Banana, I just rest the sides of my dick in the V as opposed to the underside. I've had two great session yesterday and today with the lighter routine. I even had a great morning wood this morning again. Thank GOD! I really thought for a second that I injured the poor guy. Anyway, I still can't believe I put myself into such a horribly aggressive routine. My dick just aint used to that shit and I doubt he'll every respond well to it. LIGHTER IS BETTER! I'm also loving the porn detox (Thanks Banana). Two days, two great edge sessions, NO PORN!

Beginners especially but veterans are also welcome to join in. Why do this? It’s simple: It’s time to demonstrate to beginners that even someone who as been at this for over 2 years can gain on a beginner’s routine - AND REQUIRE NO MORE THAN THAT. This is all I am going to do for 90 days, 2 Days on, 1 Day Off:
Also, 100-150 Kegels every other day!
