I'm starting this new log. I want to take a fresh startagain .. I know .. I don't have very much discipline, but hey it's still better doing unconsistent PE than nothing. I'm working on my self-discipline
I'm on the right road.
Just came through a SHIT period .. 3 weeks of exams. I am and was exhausted ... Didn't have much energy, so I also haven't PE during this period. On the 16 of february i'm already 6 months into PE. Time fliesI had a wonderful time already here.
So my latest measurements gave me an NBPEL of 7,1 inch and a MSEG of 5,5 inch. Girth gains are coming quick, wich i'm very glad about. Length gains could be better, but hey i'm getting there steadily, I'm not in a rush.
I've experimented a bit with some exercises and I found some good ones for me and my body.
I'm gonna do the following routine:
- 10 minutes warm-up
- 5 minutes mandingo stretch
- 1 minute helicopter swings (to relax my dick)
- 5 minutes internal stretch
- 1 minute helicopter swings (to relax my dick)
- 5 minutes cockscrew stretch
- 1 minute helicopter swings (to relax my dick)
- 10 minutes jelqing (70% erection level)
- 5 minutes warmdown
- 10 kegels, slow speed
- 50 reverze kegels, normal speed
I hope this routine will get me some more resultsI'll keep you guys updated weekly, I can't promise daily.
I'll measure again the 16th of februari (my six months deathline). I'm gonna start right nowI'll update later if the routine is too much or not.
The routine will be done on a 2/1-base. I'm gonna follow the routine for 2 months and every 2 months I give my cock 2 weeks rest. My cock grows during this restperiod only. So it's important for me.
