    (And so it begins, I'm going to keep a log here as its easier to keep close to me online on my phone and when I'm away etc.

    So I'm totally new to pe, today is day one of a 90 day stint on the jp90 track, I'm pretty much just following that routine so won't mention it much though I'll be setting time benchmarks to show I'm still at it 1 month in etc.

    I know its going to be tough seeing as it takes a good hour for one session and I'm very strapped for time. I am around average now so I'm more doing this for me than for the ladies.

    So starting stats on day one:
    BPEL: 6.75"
    EG: 5.125"

    I know it can take 3 months just to start seeing any result but I'd still like to see these results, they are optimistic but I post them here so hopefully I can look back and see goals I wanted and *crosses fingers* have achieved.

    3 months
    7" x 5.175" (+0.25" x +0.075)

    Long term I'm looking for 7.5 x 5.5 but I'll update after my 3month measure. Aiming. more for length than girth to start with.)
    My first post in the log, feels like so long ago haha. I thought i'd update the front page for any readers, this is it all summed up really incase you didnt' want to read through everything haha. Basically I was irratic through the first 90 days, sometimes did a different routine sometimes took a day off here and there for whatever reason. But I started wising up, and here I am, in 4 months I gained over half an inch, and i've already moved to cm measuring because i'm within 3/4 of an inch away from my long term goal.
    I focused mainly, and still do, on getting length first, girth can wait til I'm good and long. I think of it like this: I can gain all my length then while doing the cementing process I can start working on girth. I can lead up to it by increasing jelqing% as well.

    Overview of things so far:

    Starting stats: (11/2/12)
    BPEL: 6.75" =17.1cm
    EG: ~5" =12.7cm

    After 3 months: (11/5/12) GAINS: +0.4" LENGTH
    BPEL: 7.125"
    EG:~5.12"

    After 4 months: (11/6/12) GAINS: +0.155
    BPEL: 7.28" = 18.5cm
    EG: 5.12" = 13cm

    Started off on the JP90- first 90 days were a transition into the routine that I am on now. It was roughly as follows: (all 2on1off)

    First 3 months: (gained 0.13" Length/month on average)
    8min warmup
    150 OK-Jelqs
    90 V-Jelqs
    U, D, L, R, SO stretches x2 of 30 secs each

    4th month: (gained 0.155" Length/month)
    10min warmup
    U, D, L, R, SO stretches x2 of 1min holds
    V, A stretches x3 of 1min holds
    After each stretch, 15secs of heli's, 15 secs of tunica jerks, 30 secs circle stretching
    TOTAL STRETCHING: 32mins
    7mins OK-Jelqs
    4mins V-Jelqs

    Current:
    20min LAS warmup
    32 mins stretching (as above)
    15mins OK-Jelq
    10mins V-Jelq
    40mins Edging

    LAS and fowfer whenever possible/remembered.

    Kegel routine- didn't really do this until halfway through the 4th month although I built up with flaccid kegels to errect kegels- alternate days of:
    3 long kegel holds
    3 sets of 10 towel raises
    ///
    10mins of 10on10off rKegels


    LONG-TERM GOALS:
    Stop forever at 20cm x 14.5cm
    Experience MMO

    Day 01-
    normal routine, realised I need to stretch for longer, hard to grip sometimes, read somewhere that baby powder can be used to grip more, will try tomorrow. Also found hard to keep from getting erect in jelqs, not worried right now as I hear that's normal in beginners.
    Note on edging, unsure how long to leave between stopping and then resuming, just a few seconds to breathe, get head straight then back in, or leave for a good minute or more? Will ask around

    Wonder when I'll get bored of counting how many days I've done. Normal routine again today, felt much better since I knew what I was doing and had a real good jelqing, and powder helped with the stretching. Edging later then call it a day.

    Today starts my new life.
    since a long time ago I was suffer in hospital and I became much disappointed of my life now after two years I cure and restore my life for working and that day was my new day for my life.

    @Shem all I meant by new life was the fact the routine takes up a lot of time and it would change how I do things and how I was looking forward to having something new to do nearly every day. And also for me its a time for change in my personal life in ways I don't want to go into but this is just one of many steps I'm taking to make me happier with myself. Sorry that you didn't like my title, I still find it appropriate though.

    Day 04-
    yesterday was a lighter day for me, just stretches no jelqing, along with many kegels over the day and edging. Today i've been stretching a lot and felt bad for not doing the full routine I really didn't have time and stetching is more important to me at the minute. But tonight i'm going to do a long session, will confirm afterwards.

    @hopeful, thanks haha i'm just going to count it as a light day, I just felt bad that it was 3 days into a 90 day program and i'd already strayed from the directions.

    Day 04(continued)
    Edged earlier for ages which was nice. Followed normal routine, although I fear I may have squeezed too hard while stretching, felt a wee bit sore and afterwards the tip was a little puffy/darker, but it returned to normal within a minute or so, and I had a very long warm down just to be safe. Will check on it tomorrow and if it feels sore i'll take a day off, I'd rather have one day off than damage it so i have to take an extended period of time off for it to heal.

    Be careful with those stretches mate, it is very easy to over do it.

    @gymboi thanks for the support and caution man, yeah I'm realising I have to be more careful, I've been reading more and more articles on here, people stress the importance of warming up and being careful so much i'm not going to ignore the good advice .

    Day 05-
    Like I said yesterday, felt a small bit of pain so I didn't do anything straining today, just some long stretches, edging tonight as well. Feeling fine but didn't want to temp fate.

    Normal full training today, zoned out a bit during jelqs but it was a good day. Realise I should have set my days in better order as tomorrow is a day off and its sunday when I wouldn't be stuck for time :/ oh well. Not going to edge today as i'm going out tonight
