(And so it begins, I'm going to keep a log here as its easier to keep close to me online on my phone and when I'm away etc.
So I'm totally new to pe, today is day one of a 90 day stint on the jp90 track, I'm pretty much just following that routine so won't mention it much though I'll be setting time benchmarks to show I'm still at it 1 month in etc.
I know its going to be tough seeing as it takes a good hour for one session and I'm very strapped for time. I am around average now so I'm more doing this for me than for the ladies.
So starting stats on day one:
I know it can take 3 months just to start seeing any result but I'd still like to see these results, they are optimistic but I post them here so hopefully I can look back and see goals I wanted and *crosses fingers* have achieved.

Long term I'm looking for 7.5 x 5.5 but I'll update after my 3month measure. Aiming. more for length than girth to start with.)
My first post in the log, feels like so long ago haha. I thought i'd update the front page for any readers, this is it all summed up really incase you didnt' want to read through everything haha. Basically I was irratic through the first 90 days, sometimes did a different routine sometimes took a day off here and there for whatever reason. But I started wising up, and here I am, in 4 months I gained over half an inch, and i've already moved to cm measuring because i'm within 3/4 of an inch away from my long term goal.
I focused mainly, and still do, on getting length first, girth can wait til I'm good and long. I think of it like this: I can gain all my length then while doing the cementing process I can start working on girth. I can lead up to it by increasing jelqing% as well.
Overview of things so far:
Starting stats: (11/2/12)
BPEL: 6.75" =17.1cm
EG: ~5" =12.7cm
After 3 months: (11/5/12) GAINS: +0.4" LENGTH
After 4 months: (11/6/12) GAINS: +0.155
BPEL: 7.28" = 18.5cm
EG: 5.12" = 13cm
Started off on the JP90- first 90 days were a transition into the routine that I am on now. It was roughly as follows: (all 2on1off)
First 3 months: (gained 0.13" Length/month on average)
U, D, L, R, SO stretches x2 of 30 secs each
4th month: (gained 0.155" Length/month)
U, D, L, R, SO stretches x2 of 1min holds
V, A stretches x3 of 1min holds
After each stretch, 15secs of heli's, 15 secs of tunica jerks, 30 secs circle stretching
TOTAL STRETCHING: 32mins
20min LAS warmup
32 mins stretching (as above)
LAS and fowfer whenever possible/remembered.
Kegel routine- didn't really do this until halfway through the 4th month although I built up with flaccid kegels to errect kegels- alternate days of:
3 long kegel holds
3 sets of 10 towel raises
10mins of 10on10off rKegels
Stop forever at 20cm x 14.5cm
