I'm glad I have joined what seems to be a very lively community.
I 've been glancing at PE for about a year now, so that I now know the basics of it.
Last week I finally started my journey to PE land, and while I will try to keep my progress (if there is any) up to date on this forum, I have as well a few questions to ask (but later in the post).
Today's was my fifth session in a bit more than a week, as I have decided to go one day on one day off.
Here are the details of my most basic routine:
5 minutes warm up, with hot water or towel.
10 minutes of 10 seconds wet jelqs (today I have also added my first V-jelqs but really just a few to start understanding how they work)
5 minutes warm down.
First of all if you have any valuable remarks to make on my routine please go on I'll be glad to consider them.
My main aim is to gain 0.5 inch in girth, and why not add a bit of length as well but that is secondary.
