    Hi to all of you who takes time to read my thread,

    I'm glad I have joined what seems to be a very lively community.
    I 've been glancing at PE for about a year now, so that I now know the basics of it.
    Last week I finally started my journey to PE land, and while I will try to keep my progress (if there is any) up to date on this forum, I have as well a few questions to ask (but later in the post).
    Today's was my fifth session in a bit more than a week, as I have decided to go one day on one day off.

    Here are the details of my most basic routine:

    5 minutes warm up, with hot water or towel.

    10 minutes of 10 seconds wet jelqs (today I have also added my first V-jelqs but really just a few to start understanding how they work)

    5 minutes warm down.

    First of all if you have any valuable remarks to make on my routine please go on I'll be glad to consider them.


    My main aim is to gain 0.5 inch in girth, and why not add a bit of length as well but that is secondary.

    Well it's been more than 3 weeks now, and I can't say I notice evident gains, I may have added 1 or 2 mm in length and 1mm in girth, but it's difficult to tell.I do think my girth just beneath the glans has increased, but mostly the main change is that my veins are much more puffed up, which obviously isn't my aim ^^ .

    My routine now is as follows:
    5 min warm up
    10 min of wet jelqs (very slow ones)
    10 min of V-jelqs (slow ones )
    5-10 minutes of wanking and doing kegels just before pnr
    warm down .

    I will stop watching porn as I think it has reallly bad effects on me, and will cut down on the number of ejaculations per week, it should help me grow.

    If anyone has advices to give it would be welcomed.

      Well it's been 1 month and three weeks now, after the first month i stopped for 5 days to get a good rest, and started again 2 weeks ago with the following routine, I do each jelq slowly, especially UV's

      Warm up

      10 minutes wet jelqs
      10 minutes UV's

      15 min of edging


      I'm now changing it a bit, I think V jelqs don't work exactly the same way as UV's, and when I did them they felt good so I'm getting them back in my routine, which now looks like this:

      Warm up
      5 minutes wet jelqs (kind of post warm up)
      7 minutes of v jelqs with 55-75 % of erection level
      10 minutes of UV's, including 2 minutes of sideways UV's, then 2 of over the top UV's, then 3 min of each.
      I then end with an exersize I have created to manage more base girth gains (I don't know if it's any worth yet but I will try it), I get an erection level up to 80-85 %, and then I squeeze the base with an UV grip for about 5 seconds and start moving very very slowly until I reach what I could call the end of my base (like 4 cm away from the belly) and repeat ( I need to wank often to get back to the erection level needed, but when I do it I keep a slight squeeze at the base to make sure all the hard work is not lost).

      15 min edging


      I have definitely noticed length gains, the ruler says around 0.5 cm in length, so I'll go for at least 0.3 cm of real gains, I think I have 2 mm more in girth at my widest but I'll wait for further gains to truly believe them.

          Yep, I thought about changing to 2 days on one off but I will rather keep a good intensity in my workouts, recover properly the next day and keep being able to reach max erection level nearly as often as I want.
          It's also a question of schedule I can't really do it 2 days in a row, but even then I don't think I would grow more with more work, we know we grow during rests, and I think for me it works well one on one off ( at least for now).

            Today's session felt good, I've decided to up the intensity of my jelqs to see how far I can go with them,

            I now do 7 min UJ's, 7 min V jelqs, 8 min UV's, to these I add those base girth exercises I mentioned before and a few squeeze.
            I was longer at the end of the session, not thicker despite the kind of exersizes I do, but that's great cause I need length.

            I would like to add 1.2 inches and 0.5 in girth, I'm curious to know whether I'll ever match this goals, would be awesome!

              I don't feel very well at the moment and I think my penis needs a few days of rest after today's session, I'll go for two days off and see how I feel by then. I'm kind of gutted cause during the whole week I have plenty of time and I'll have to ease on PE instead of working more.
              I have decided to remove UV's as I don't see them having any effects on me after 4 weeks of use. I decided to side to side stretches (10 min, I can't count these sooo annoying), 10 modified V jelqs (I use the grip I thought was good when I first try to understand V jelqs, and I think it works quite decently), and I finish with 7 min of Big Al's basic squeezes.
              As you can see I'm still trying to figure out the best exercizes for me so I don't expect big gains until I have..

              PS: I tried 5 light supra slammers the other day and the are SCARILY intense, I'm not ready for those, and I dunno if I'll ever be!

                I started a PE schedule again a few days ago, I had taken 2 weeks off including 1 without any mastarbation.
                I have decided to let my fluid system breathe a bit more so I won't do jelqs before some time, I'll keep what I have done over the last few days for a routine, I do 20 15-seconds Big Al's basic squeezes (a total of 5 minutes of squeezing), as well as 10 minutes side to side stretches (I really don't believe in these but as I can't jelq it is a good occasion to see whether I can add length with them or not). I do feel like the squeezes suit me, so hopefully they will be fruitful! I may try the squeezes with different rep length.

                  I remember reading that you had a potential lymphocele. Has it gone away or have you taken PE up again despite it? I ask because I believe I may have gotten one due to an overly intense edging session.

                    It is definitely better than before but I can still feel it a bit from time to time, and the lymph vessel is still seeable, I'm obviously not a doctor so take my advice with care , but I decided to start again without jelqs or any movements that would increase the fluid build up in the upper part of the shaft (for example try to edge without big strokes but just rubbin near the head, which I think is called ballooning). I do only stretches and squeezes . You should try to massage it everyday with heat, and it should go away, it would be even better if you took a few days off as well.

                      I now have decided to pick up a normal routine again and stick by it, I'll do 20 min jelqs with my own grip (which seems to work very well for me), which I ended up doing as a result of a misunderstood V jelqs ^^, and 15 30 seconds Uli"s, to finish with 10 min edging, concerning rest days I'll take them when I feel I need them.

                        All right I changed it again but this time I'm sticking by it (at least I know why I have not gained, was too insconsistent and kept changing routine),

                        I do 8 minutes of overhanded jelqs,
                        8 minutes of my "special" jelqs,
                        and 5 45seconds Uli-Horse squeezes .
                        I finish with 15 minutes edging as I think it is vital to gain.

                        My Uli-horse squeese is really there to target glans girth (uli) and base girth (squeese) as I have this annoying thing of a thinner base girth.
                        The jelqs are there for both length and girth, I'll take rest days when I need to, and every 3 session will add 1 minute to each kind of jelq and one uli-hs.
                        I'm sticking by this one for a month and will report then my progress .

                          All right a quick update on my log,
                          I decided to add this exercise where you milk with both hands from midshaft to tip and base at the same time (70-80 % erection level), and one hour later I checked and for the first time in a very long while I felt sore, a good soreness from an effective workout.
                          I'll definitely keep these in my routine and take a bit more rest!

                            After PEless holidays (2 months) I'm starting this year with commitment,I know I'll have the opportunity to be consistent, I'll just go with a mix V-jelqs and normal jelqs as often as I feel right to do, and will edge in the end for 15 minutes.

                              Still going for it, I have reduced the time spent on jelqing and added supra slammers (softened supra slammers I think) as I felt I didn't work enough before.
                              I'll keep this routine for a month and will then check possible gains or change in routine.
