Ok so here's my log.
I started PE on 3-02-12. My first few day I only did a warm up, 5-10min jelq session, them a warm down. I then found the jp90 beginners routine. I finished up my first week with this routine (which is awesome btw) . Then began my second week with e jp90 in the usual fashion. (I train 5 on 2 off). By the 4th day of my training for that week I received my Bathmate in the mail. I decided to incorporate it at the end of my workout as my warm down. To start I only pumped for 10 minutes those last 2day of e training week.
At the beginning of my third week I continued with the jp90 with the bathmate warm down. However I upped the bathmate warm down to 15 min
4th week I modified the jp90 slightly. I added 15 seconds to each stretch and an extra 10 cranks per stretch. Bathmate warm down was brought to 20 minutes. Each time I try something new or add time to something I always test it out on the last day of my workout. This way if I'm too fatigued or I hurt myself slightly I have 2 rest days afterwards. However, it's been all good thus far.
5th week the slightly modified jp90 continued along with the 20 min bathmate warm down. Now since I tested it out on the last day of my training week I decided to incorporate bathmate stretches into my warm down. I go into the tub as erect as I can, pump to max and stretch down, straight out, and as close to up as I can get. 3 sets of 30 each. I don't pull the stretch all that hard because well I'm still a beginner and I don't wanna hurt myself, so I basically gauge how it feels. For the last 10-13 minutes after the bathmate stretches I basically just sit back and relax.
Ok 6 week instead of the warm wash cloth warm up I decided to try a medium pump bathmate warm up. Which, I liked and have stuck with. The only other thing I modified was instead of being in the bathmate for 20 min straight. I broke it up into 2 10 minute sessions with the stretches in the first 10 minutes and a 2 min break in between. I found that this allowed for even more expansion in the bathmate.
Just started my 7 week. I'll update my log with any changes I make from here on out. But, I don't think I'll be making any anytime soon as I believe I have found my nich.
After each workout I also do 20-30 minutes of edging, only willingly allowing myself to ejaculate once a week.
I haven't made any measurements since my initial ones, and won't until the end of the 90 days.
I have noticed what seems to be a good amount more base girth, however, I didn't measure base girth. I have noticed some more mid shaft girth. But I don't know how much. I haven't noticed any length gains, which is really what I'm shooting for at the moment, but that doesn't mean then aren't there.
I have also noticed my EQ has improved dramatically when I'm with a girl, not so much when I'm doing my solo thing. I am have some morning wood again but not a full erection.
I also do rbi's kegal revere kegal routine 3 times a week
Thats all sorry for the length of this but I've been lazy and kept putting off typing one. Any comments concerns or suggestions are appreciated.
