gosh darn it. just moved in for college, its been so busy! i'm glad classes finally started and that my roommate is someone i know. i've been taking that time to notice when he's free and i just did my first PE in forever today! did my rice sock warm up, then all my out, sides, down, and up stretches/30kegels and circle/helicopter stretches. i also did 3 sets of the 50/30's, and maybe edge later! its going to be a good year
had another great session today! did all my stretches/kegels, although it should be noted i felt a somewhat pain when i did my circle stretches one way, so i took it easy on that and then decided to forgo it for the day. then i did 3 sets of the 50/30's. may decide if i need to add more or not, or just do more manual static stretches (out front, side, down, up, etc). all in all, a good day!
my member was okay today, although it still felt weird after a while of doing circle stretches. may attempt to just skip those next time and just stick with inner penis stretches and static stretches. got to warm up, then did the kegels of all directions, but only 3 sets of the circles CCW and CW, and just did static stretches (out, left, right, etc). will time those later. and did 3 sets of the 50/30's! not looking too bad
Thanks BigO! Although i found some more time today. Decided to not do the circle stretches, instead did a lot of static stretching out, up, down, and to the L and R. and did more kegels than usual, to keep the blood flowing. and doing some helicopterz. i also stretched and kegel'd diagonally, gently. and then did 4 sets of the 50/30's, and maybe edge a bit soon! hoping that my unit feels better
had a good workout today! just did the stretches/kegels in all directions (even diagonal down R and L), 30 kegels each and 30 sec each, some inner stretches, and then 3 sets of the 50/30's. didn't want to overwork it, plus i didnt have all that much time!
crap, missed a day yesterday! albeit because i was rather busy in bed. but still, a miss is a miss! today, just did all the stretches i could (30 kegels and 30 sec) in the N, E, S, W, and NE, SE, NW, SW directions. and did 2 sets of inner penis stretches to make up for my loss of circle stretches (will try those in a week or two). then did 3 sets of the 50/30's to get back into it! i am a bit sore from yesterday
