I'm on rest now. I had some good PI's this morning, dick was semi-erect the whole morning. During the day he also wanted to get erect a couple of times. Now he's not very active. I'm still glad with the good news today after the slight sting yesterday. I think he's ready to go again tomorrow.
Balls and dick look bigger. So far good results from the routine. The day after tomorrow i'm gonna add up the workout time: + 30 seconds jelqing and squeezes and + 30 seconds massaging balls/ballsack. again: the day after tomorrow.
I also discovered the thread with supraslammers again. I knew the exercise is the best of the best but I forgot about it. I'm glad I found it again. Subscribed to it and i'm gonna add these to my routine in the future. I think they are just awesome!!!
Drinking 2,5 liters of water: CHECK
Drinking 2 cups of green tea: Nothing
Drinking 2 glasses of milk: CHECK
5-6 healthy meals: only 3
No porn: CHECK
Feeling tired and stressed out. Hope this doesn't affect my gains too much.
Damnit, I underestimated some tasks from school. Tomorrowevening, I promise this time. I can't wait to start reading again!
