    The routine

    So another restday for me .. Tomorrow and the day after tomorrow again workouts. All I can say is that my girth has increased I think, especially my base girth. Length nothing much. Dick feels less warm, but still reasonably warm. Balls hang nice.

    The lifestyle

    Drinking 2,5 liters of water: CHECK
    Drinking 2 cups of green tea: CHECK
    Drinking 2 glasses of milk: CHECK
    Multivitaminpill: CHECK
    No porn: CHECK
    9 hours of sleep: Yes sir!
    5-6 healthy meals: only 3 ... sigh, I really can't eat more ..

    Self improvement

    I couldn't learn for school today so I watched some video's on youtube about attraction and body language.
    I don't have much time at the moment so tomorrow I'll post the summaries. I learned some interesting things today! Tomorrow more ..

    Edit: When you give a woman a handshake, make sure you slide your fingers over the inside of her hand when both of you eject. This will give her a tingling feeling wich is sparked by you, thus you're more attractive all of a sudden.

    Body language: walk strong (for example type in youtube: body language george w. bush). Place your hand on someone's back to guide him/her.
    Your voice is also important, make gestures a split second before it comes out with your voice => this way you're more persuasive.
    There are so called micro-gestures. If you can spot them you know the real emotions lying underneath of the person.
    90% of all communication comes from body language.
    It's hard to detect if someone is lying through his voice. You need body language to detect it.
    Is the forehead stressed? Good sign that she isn't lying.

    Attraction: I watched a video where 3 hot girls got to speak with person A,B and C. Person A used seduction stuff, so laidback, bit of arrogance, cocky/funny, that stuff. Person B was the nice guy. And person C the confident jerk.

    Person A. He was prefered 1x first and 2x second.

    Let me start off by telling you that my plan is to stick with this log untill 2013. Then, I'm gonna make a new log and post it in my signature. So I get logs from all the different years I PE'd.

    AND: I changed my avatar I was tired of the old one. So I searched a new one A smiling dick that's all I need everyday.

    The routine

    Edit: really enjoyed it. The squeezes felt very good this time. My dick stayed hard until the end. The jelqs were okay.

    I have this warm feeling in my glans, on the underside. Feels really good, relaxing. Dick hangs well. His skin looks healthier. Balls hang nicely. So far so good with this routine.

    only downside: NO length gains or anything. It's only week 2 but I really can't figure out a way to gain more length.

    After my studying i'm gonna view some more vids on attraction on youtube I enjoy them. In the meanwhile i'm gonna download the "ultimate inner game"-pack from Hypnotica. Tomorrow i'm gonna read in the "geeks get girls"-book again.

    The routine

    I couldn't help myself today. I was learning and summarizing my studies on my laptop. Well, I put on some porn BUT, I was strong enough to not cum!!! I just edged for a couple of minutes and then I did my routine. I must admit it gives that little extra to your routine, your cock feels very strong and energetic. I liked it.

    Perhaps i'm gonna do this some more in the future. Using some "shock days" where my dick doesn't know what's happening.

    So, for my future routines I'm already planning 2 new exercises:
    - Supraslammers
    - Edging for 30 minutes

    The ballstretching was a bit less today. They didn't hang that good afterwards.
    The jelqing felt good, my glans got pumped again. Such a nice feeling. I did 9 minutes of jelqing today.
    The squeezes were difficult after the edging session. I only did 2 minutes of squeezes. My glans was so sensitive from the edging session. I almost came during one squeeze. I also waited for 2 minutes to calm down but it didn't help.

    I promise I'll get back to the reading and improving in 2 weeks. It's gonna be hard enough to PE during my exams.

    The routine

    Yesterday I had a restday. I couldn't post because I had my first exam today. I passed ! Nothing special to report actually about my dick yesterday. It didn't hang as well as usual but that could be due to the porn 2 or 3 days back. My dickheid was less sensitive, that's something I definitly noticed.

    I'm gonna start my routine for today after posting here. So my new routine will consist of:
    6 minutes jelqing
    6 minutes horse squeezes
    3 minutes ball stretching
    250 JAI-stretches
    2 minutes firestarters

    Looking forward to it!

    Edit: The workout was good. But not superb. You can now really start to see that my dick is "trained". He looks more muscular and he can stand more resistance. I enjoy it. I also noticed my left vein being a bit bigger, with another dot next to the other dot. I don't now if that's healthy, but I don't feel anything so I guess it's just increased vascularity.

    My balls are small, very rare today .. I wanted to grab my ballsack and it was smaller my testicles. Probably because of the little loss of ejaculate when I watched porn 2-3 days ago. But I was suprised it was so small. Weird actually .. My left nut also gave one little sting when I was jelqing (after the ballsackstretching). I sometimes pull on my nuts (lightly) to stretch them. I hope i'm not twisting my nut or anything, I want them to hang nicely straight. I hope it will be restored tomorrow.

    It could also be due to the less amount of sleep i'm getting nowadays. I only slept 2 hours last night (exams). It's going to be hard to really workout during exams, but i'm sticking to my routine!!! I really want to prove myself. I hope I will be rewarded in about 3 months.

    The spot looked good today. It could be perception but I think it is very lightly fading. I hope so, atleast i'm glad the girlfriend knows it now.     The jelqing felt good, again. I start to really enjoy it. Especially when i jelq upwards and I relax. When I reach just beneath my glans my dick tugs back a little. Feels really good, I hope this way blood gets maxed in my dick everytime. I jelq in every direction, experimenting a bit, what feels good what doesn't etc. + I don't think it's a bad idea to target him in every direction.

    I still need to do 2 minutes of firestarters, I'm gonna do them right before I go to bed. Another 50 JAI-stretches when I go take a pee later and than I'm done for today.

    Like I said earlier in my log. No self improvement for 2 weeks. Exams are far more important at the moment.

    Week summary 2

    So it's time for my second week summary (you probably have noticed I'm already in my first day of week 3). 5 training days over and 3 rest days in between.

    Balls are a little smaller than last week, I lost some cum watching porn. Doesn't feel that good, but the ballsack is nicely stretched and hangs low.

    I'm thinking about shaving my dick completely, also the balls. But i'm scared for cuts. My skin is very loose now with the routines I've done the last 2 weeks.

    Girth looks bigger, Semi-erect my dick also looks bigger girthwise. But I'm not sure if I gained length already, I doubt it.

    It gets easier to do the JAI-stretches, I can stretch my dick much further out (my inner dick). Feels good. Flaccid hang has increased I think

    It just sucks that one stressful day I had earlier last week. I really felt like shit but I managed to stay focused and continue my PE progress.

    Balls hang a bit weird, I've got to admit that. They're a bit turned to the side. I don't hope I'm causing any damage with all the stretching. I'll pay extra attention to them in the upcoming week.

    Overall: 6/10 for this week because of the stress day, the smaller balls and the turtling that happened sometimes (balls, dick almost never again)

    3 minutes balls/ballsack stretching/massaging
    2 minutes of firestarters

    I also do that, or I would make up that I need to take a dump when I go with friends. It's even that worse, I can't pee while standing next to someone, friends make it even worse because they always start talking to you and I just can't concentrate ..

    The routine

    Starts in one hour.

    Edit: the workout was very intense. I'm feeling tired right now. Hungry also!!! I'm gonna eat right after this update ..

    I spotted some red dots just beneath my glans on the shaft, I've once red this is a good sign. So i'm glad and tomorrow is a restday so my dick can rest fully. He earned it

    The jelqs felt really good, I can feel the texture inside my dick changing, and i'm more relaxed when pushing blood through. I also start to see my glans getting pumped up sometimes. Jelqed in all directions. My E% was ideal (around 70%) and he stayed that way.

    The squeezes were well performed for 4 minutes. After those 4 minutes he started to get really sensitive again, so I let him cool down. He stayed semi-erect after that (I used a very light grip).

    Overall a good workout. Ballsack stretching also felt good .. However the balls are still smaller than last week.

    what multivitamin do u take btw? im lookin into taking a multivitamin 2 bridge the empty gaps in my eating right now.. what do u take urs for? and which one do u reccomend?

    Well, I'm also a member on a bodybuilding forum. I like to workout but currently really don't have any time to train. School is killing me. But to answer your question: just a homebrand from a local drugstore here in Belgium .. It's called "Kruidvat" ..

    A lot of the members on that forum (dutchbodybuilding) recommend it. They say a multivitamin shouldn't be that expensive, because all the excessive vitamins you have in your body just come out through your pee...

    It's a very cheap brand. But it does the trick if I may believe the vets on that forum
