    I took one week off. I still did my routine so that I PE'd for 4 weeks straight. Now one week break. I really needed this. School PEing some relationship problems. I'm ready now for atleast 4 weeks again.

    The routine

    Will start after this post.

    The routine felt good. It really did, I'm a bit skeptic about PE all of a sudden but I'm gonna stick through. I'll finish atleast 90 days. I'm well on my way. Perhaps the week off wasn't very good but I really needed it. My quality of the workouts would be shit if I sticked through.

    But, like I said it felt good. He hangs nice now. He was semi-erect after a nice shower in my shorts, I looked in the mirror and he looked really fat. All this gives me hope, I'm gonna do this! I want it.

    I'm gonna built a good base with the jelqs and the squeezes. some JAI-stretches (only 200 from now on, on ONdays). 2 minutes of firestarters. I'm gonna throw in some kegels after 8 weeks of PE. All the basic PE exercises in one routine.

    After the 90 days I'll put a max on the jelqing and everything... And start adding some "special/advanced" exercises to stimulate my dick to the fullest. I'm definitly thinking about supraslammers now. I posted earlier in my log the exercises I need to keep in mind for the future.

    My ballsack looks good actually. Hangs very well for now. My balls are a bit small but still, atleast they hang reasonably well.

    The cocoabutter feels so good, such a great product. I recommend it to anyone!
    BUT
    I'm gonna try "bio-oil" as my next lubricant. See how that goes. I especially want it because of the great ingredients. I hope this product helps to vanish the spot on my dick. It has even more ingredients than the EVO oil. So my hopes are high on this product!!! If this eventually would suck, I switch back to the cocoa butter.

    Oh btw, my routine today was:

    7 minutes of jelqing
    7 minutes of squeezes
    4 minutes of balls/ballsack stretching/massaging
    200 JAI-stretches
    2 minutes firestarters

    The lifestyle

    Will try to start again tomorrow.

    Self improvement

    Still need to download the inner game stuff from Hypnotica. I also downloaded a book from him "metawhore". It looks promising. I still need to finish "Geeks get girls" though. I'll read 10 new pages later this evening.

    I seduced a girl friday night and kissed her. My current girlfriend wasn't happy ofcourse. I don't know what I want at this moment .. I love my current girlfriend. She's fantastic and she's perfect to lose my V-card with. But I don't want a long-term relationship ... I just want to go out every weekend, seduce some girls, fuck them, and that's it. I'm really not made to stay in a relationship very long..

    Measuring day

    25th of August => Starting to lose hope.. I masturbated a couple of times this week and my dick didn't seem to have grown.. I'm just gonna stick through and continue my PE adventure. I'm even doubting my current stats at the moment in my sig. If I still reach them ..

    sigh. I really love the whole PE-concept and I like it, the routines. But if it doesn't give me some results are significant improvement of my dick I don't think I'll be able to keep this up...

    Don't lose hope, you're doing great. If your dick is feeling it, you should be gaining. Maybe incorporate some new exercises to feel it in new places.

    About your relationship, I would end it as it seems you know what you want and you can't have that in the relationship you have with your girlfriend. Stress may be breaking your hope, don't let it. Just because your dick doesn't seem to have grown, it probably has.

    Started 2/2/12. Data in cm (No Change last month) Probably did 3 workouts in April
    BPEL: 17 -> 20 NBPEL: 16 -> 19.5
    MEG: 15 -> 16.5 HEG: 14 -> 16.25 BEG: 16.5 -> 18.5
    From 6.7x5.9 -> 7.9x6.5
    From ~275ml -> ~395ml = ~43% volume gain in a year and 3 months!
    Goal=500ml=+81%

    @ the relationship stuff: I don't know what to do actually. She's great and I love her personality. I even told her about the spot on my dick.. And I really don't trust people very fast.

    I'd love to just go out and have some crazy years, I'm a student you know. Just enjoying life. Get some experience in the bedroom also with different women. But on the otherside .. sigh

    The routine

    It was a good one again. The squeezes at the end were intense, but my dick reacted really well at them. I feel my inner dick pushing against the outside skin, like he wants to expand so bad. It was great. + I also saw increased vascolarity. I think even a new vein. My veins were very visible.

    The jelqs were also good. I feel that when I jelq starting from REALLY at the start of my base, that those jelqs are the best. I need to remind that for future workouts.

    Still need to do my 2 minutes firestarters before I go to sleep.

    The lifestyle

    Sigh, the truth? I forgot about it. BUT i'm creating my own food schedule at the moment. A healthy schedule to push me in good directions. I'm also planning on starting to run again. Burn some fat and then start working out again/lifting weights.

    Self improvement

    I started reading 6 pages of "Metawhore". The new book of Hypnotica, an inner game-guru. This far I'm not impressed.. I'm gonna switch this book up with the "Geek gets girls" book. Just for a little variaty from time to time.

    I'm almost finished with downloading the inner game package from Hypnotica too. (the videos) My guess is that next week I'll be able to watch them. Looking forward to it!

    The love life


    She's probably coming over this evening.. To watch a movie..

    Don't have much time to give a detailed update.

    I had a restday, I masturbated and my balls hang well. It's something I found out. If I masturbate, afterward my balls hang nicely low. My right nut looked bigger today. + flaccid hang is good. Erect length, I don't know. We'll see.

    I need to buy lubricant. The cocoa butter cup is almost empty. I think I can pull out just one or two more workouts. I'm gonna buy the "bio-oil". I hope it's even better than the cocoa butter because I absolutely loved the cocoa butter. Such a great lubricant.

    Oh and btw: I PASSED ALL MY EXAMS!!!

    The routine

    Will start in about an hour. I have to admit my dick turtled a bit this morning and afternoon. I was thinking about skipping the training but I did my JAI-stretches and he's all good now .. I don't know what this means actually I think I shouldn't have masturbated yesterday because it was his restday ...

    Edit:

    My cup of cocoa butter is empty. I had to use an other lubricant so I just used Nivea creme (the blue cup). I hope this doesn't give a chemical reaction or something on my dick, mixing 2 lubricants..

    The workout was good. I saw some red dots on my dickhead and again some red dots on my shaft just beneath the glans.. My balls hang nice and low.

    I hope I'm doing good!

    The lifestyle

    I'm gonna start back over on Monday. I've got my results yesterday. Today and tomorrow I'm going out with friends. Just enjoying myself and the good results I had (these exams were so important for me, my future really depended on it). I'm still working on that food schedule I hope I can combine the gym with my PE routines. I don't want my body to go in overload.

    Self improvement

    I'm gonna read another 10 pages in the book "Geeks get girls" later this evening (if I find the time).

    25th of August => my flaccid stretch length has increased a lot. He was semi-erect when I did some JAI-stretches and I could really pull him very far. I think he was atleast 7,5 inches long (semi-erect stretched, 30% E%)

    I hope this means gains are coming...

    Tired as hell. Very stressful day. First day at vacation work ..
    Did my routine. Dick feels good.. however the nivea creme doesn't slide that well .. I need to apply more than using cocoa butter.. But perhaps the extra grip will give me better gains/better workouts..

    Couldn't do my routines because of stress and private issues. I have a lot of arguments with my parents lately.. I need to go work from 2pm till 10pm.. In the mornings I'm too tired to PE. My mental state is shit. I'm gonna continue though. I'm gonna do my best, I know PE works. I love it, I'm just gonna continue with the 7 minutes jelqing and squeezes. I believe this works..

    Tomorrow and the day after tomorrow I want to train again. It will be with the nivea creme but it's atleast something .. I don't have any money at the moment to go buy cocoa butter or Bio-oil. I see it as luxury products so it's not my priority .. It still sucks I can't fully PE then.

    Anyways, this was my depressive post of the day.

    I'm mentally not strong enough to do all those things like self improvement and lifestyle etc.. Too tired, stress, all that. I'm gonna continue my PE adventure though. This evening I'll do another routine. If i'm correct (I'll check that later). It's gonna be my last day at 7 minutes jelqing and squeezes. + I know it's not good to PE while under stress but it's been so long now .. I won't give up!

    Tomorrow I'll start with the 7minutes and 30 seconds jelqing and squeezes.

    I try my best..

    For the future: I'm working at the moment. My stamina/condition has increased this week and it feels great. It feels addictive, my dick hangs well. Almost constantly semi-erect throughout the day. Horny as fuck!

    After my month of vacation work i'll continue these positive things by pumping iron again and starting to run. I feel blood pumping through my body, wich is a good sign ofcourse

    Again a good workout. My dick hangs very well. The jelqs felt and looked great. I think I can stretch my dick even further now. + I also managed to touch my bellybutton with my dick for the first time, while jelqing. It's probably ligaments that are very loose ofcourse, but still, a sign of improvement

    My right ball is bigger lately. It's the second time I've noticed my right ball is bigger as usual.. Also a good sign probably.

    My dick feels tired, but also great at the same time. He's happy I'm pretty sure he's smiling at the moment. When he smiles, I smile .

    I now also understand that PE'ing alone is not the way to go. You need to train your body also, work hard, train your heart .. so it can pump lots of blood in your dick. I'm one week into intense working (in a factory) and I already feel a difference.. What a great feeling.

    Tomorrow new routine + 30 seconds. Hell yeah!!! (h)
