    I'm not gonna lie. I haven't PE'd last week. I was mentally tired. Tomorrow I'm gonna go further with my routine.. I measured my length the day before yesterday, nothing extra. Bit dissapointing. I'm not gonna give up, but you can understand I'm not !that! motivated anymore, however I've seen other great PI's.

    I will reach my goals, no matter what, period.

    Well, as you all can see my username has been changed. Brainsick is now TheSperminator I was tired of my old username, this new one feels "fresh".

    I hope everybody gets used to it soon.

    I'm also gonna change my avatar. I think my sig is clear enough. People who think who is this sperminator-guy will definitly take a look at my sig.

    Don't know what happened past week. Mentally tired to PE. I've taken some rest wich felt great actually. I also had trouble peeing one day, not that it hurt but it was hard to start peeing. I've red it's a sign of overtraining. So I guess I overdid it a bit. I don't think my routine is too hard, but I edge a lot to porn or stimulate myself without porn. I need to stop that. It fatigues the dick.

    + I'm gonna start reading the book from Aaron Kemmer again.

    It definitely fatigues the dick. I always have a bad or not so good session if I had been stimulating myself with or without porn. Erection, Masturbation, Ejaculation is work for our penises. I have stopped doing all that and now I feel the difference!

    i have read in the statistics, that masturbation , has a bad influence on gains. ejaculation itself matters, too as it would make the gains ADDITIONALLY worse.

    Wow, I meant 1-2 times a week ofcourse, yeah, 2 times a day would be too much indeed.

    I did 200 JAI-stretches today.

    Dick feels well. Nice hang. Balls hang very low!

    I feel a little sting in my dickhead. I did 150 JAI-stretches already, but now I push harder to really pull the dick, my skin doesn't move anymore, I gives me a nice hang and my dick looks girthier, however a slight sting now. Pain is never good so I'll give him his rest. The problem is I'm horny as fuck lately. And he wants to shoot but I'm aiming for that 1-2 times a week. It's hard to think of other things instead of my dick
