    I started PEing in late November 2011 after randomly stumbling a post on an unrelated message board about safe penis enlargement which led me to a youtube video which led me to several forums and then PEGym. I felt I had a good enough bullshit detector to know that this is real, but requires dedication, a long-term perspective and realistic goals. As I am now in my early 40s, I know that my erections are not as strong as they used to be when I was much more active in my youth and I know that the trajectory was only getting worse as I got older. PE'ing for penis health is as important to me as any size gains.

    I started close to Mr. Average's average: BPEL 6", MEG 4.75". My wife was happy with my size (as she is relatively small down there) and so I set a long-term goal of "just" BPEL 7", MEG 5.25" figuring that I probably wouldn't get there but any measurable improvement is still rewarding. I started with a JP90 routine (together with signing up with Big Al). The immediate EQ response was tremendous. I woke up every morning hoping to have the time and privacy to jelq. After 3 months of conditioning, I had some modest gains at BPEL 6 3/8" and MEG 4 7/8" but still a long way from my goals.

    Big Al recommended the Jelq Free routine for my next step and I jumped in whole-heartedly. Unfortunately I jumped in a bit too hard and after trying a little clamping, as well, had a little over-training EQ problem and had to shut myself down for 2 weeks. But I restarted and built up to a pretty high number of reps with no negative PIs. After 6-7 weeks of pretty consistent training, I measured BPEL 6 1/2" MEG 5". The results were encouraging and since I finally had some sense of real progress, I even raised my long-term goals to BPEL 7 1/4" and MEG 5 1/2".

    As my girth gains were so tough to come by, I pretty much focused most of my efforts on girth and began reading about and sampling other methods.


    • I used a Bathmate 1-2x a week and like the short-term pump but didn't feel that the short-term fluid plump gain was necessarily all that meaningful. The fact that the foam seal came off my Bathmate after very light use also put it out of commission for me.
    • I read about the O-Bends on ThundersPlace, so I started trying some flaccid bneds. I like the "theory" behind them so I will continue to do them.
    • I read about the TCG Theory and since my BPFL is only 1/4" longer than my BPEL and my EQ when fully erect is pretty much now a 10, I am going to restart with some bundled stretches to target the tunica.
    • I read about the supra slammers a few days ago and decided to give them a try yesterday. Wow! My MEG was swollen to +3/8" and I am very excited about doing more of these in the future. I am being careful not to overtrain so I will take as many rest days as necessary before my penis tells me it is ready for more. In order to avoid too many new things, I'm going to give this a serious go before working in the regular bundled stretching.


    Of course, I respect Big Al's coaching along the way, so if he tells me not to continue on this path, then I may reconsider this approach.

    Weekly log:

    6/10: no privacy, snuck in 6 supra slammers

    6/11: 28 supra slammers

    6/12: 29 supra slammers

    6/13: 2 sets of bundled stretches

    6/14: 20 supra slammers, 4 sets of bundled stretches, 6 60 sec tunica tugs

    6/15: 30 supra slammers

    6/16: rest day due to lack of privacy

    Throughout my PE training (JP 90 and jelq free), I've found that I tolerate (and need) more reps than the number that others seem to recommend. As long as I have the time and privacy, I enjoy putting in the time and seeing the results. I'm not trying to record every 1/10" of change but I suspect that I went from slightly rounding up to get to 5" MEG and am now slightly rounding down to 5" MEG. I'm guessing its consistenly over 5.25" MEG after a set of supra slammers. I never bothered to measure BEG but I should have because my BEG was clearly less than MEG and I've definitely gained plenty of BEG throughout this process.

    I have been trying to adding one extra rep of supra slammers each session but I'm concerned that, at some point, more is not better. I decided to tone down my reps by starting with jelqs to get my penis loose and stick to 20 supra slammers. I'm going to try to add some real stretching next week, as well. Privacy is still a b*tch for me, which is doubly frustrating because I know PE works if you are diligent and put in the time....

    6/17: 31 supra slammers, 2 sets of bundled stretches

    6/18: 6 supra slammers, 6 min flaccid bends, 6 sets of bundled stretches

    6/20: 12 supra slammers, 3 sets of bundled stretches

    6/21: 32 supra slammers

    6/22: 5 min jelq, 5 min v-jelq, 22 supra slammers

    6/23: 5 min jelq, 5 min v-jelq 20 supra slammers

    Just for fun, I put my measurement history into a spreadsheet and ran a linear extrapolation. It says I'll reach my 7.25x5.5x goals (if I continue to progress) in Q1 2013. It's not record setting pace, but I'll gladly take it...

    Grats to your gains! You seem to have worked hard for them!
    You have been doing supra slammers for 3 weeks now right? When do you plan on measuring again?
    From what I've red on the forums, everyone says increased girth right after workout, haven't anyone seen making comments on true gains from slammers though.

    Are you really doing that many supra slammers?! I felt that doing more than 10 even after a few weeks of working them was overtraining my guy too much too soon. If Big Al says it's good though then you gotta go with him! Stay safe amigo.

    Thanks. I plan to measure next Tuesday. I picked a day and am sticking to it so I don't develop a bad case of measur-itis. There is definitely girth expansion after workout. For me, there seems to be some "real expansion" followed by some pumping-like bloating. Either way, it's amazing to feel my fingers not reach around my penis (I admit I have relatively short fingers). I believe, but of course can't prove, that this has resulted in some real gains. I posted in the success forum that my wife asked me "is [your dick] getting bigger or is my mouth getting smaller?" two nights ago. This was ~24+ hours after my last training.

    For whatever reason, I've been a hard trainer. Doing the recommended reps does very little for me in terms of pushing my unit and, except for the one time that I tried clamping too early, I've never experienced any negative PIs from training at higher reps. My motivation for starting supra slammers was that I was doing 80 squeezes and not taxing myself. That said, I decided this week to cut back the number of supra slammer reps as my fingers are getting tired and sore.

    I just try to focus on maximizing the quality of each rep. I seem to really start noticing training gains after ~10 reps and start noticing fatigue (where it takes longer to get back to 10 EQ) around ~15 reps. Depending on how it's going and how much time I have, I'll stop at 20-30 reps figuring that the last good reps are the ones that are pushing my unit. My wife and I still have sex a few times a week (although she seems to be more eager the last few weeks - coincidence?) and I've never had any problems maintaining good/great erections with her just a few hours after training.

    I was so influenced by my 1/2" newbie BPEL gains and concerned about my relative lack of girth gains that I have been girth focused over the last month and now that I've seen some hints of girth gains, I wanted to get back to being more diligent with stretching. Weekly log:

    6/25: 20 supra slammers, 2 min flaccid bends; 4x 30 sec bundled stretches

    6/26: 30 tension stretches; 10 min jelqs, 10 min v-jelqs, 34 supra slammers, 3x 30 sec bundled stretches

    6/27: 30 tension stretches; 20 supra slammers, 2 min flaccid bends, 3x 30 sec bundled stretches

    6/27 (second workout): 5 min jelqs, 5 min v-jelqs, 15 supra slammers, 2 min flaccid bends

    6/28: 40 tension stretches, 3x 30 sec bundled stretches; the "Is [your dick] getting bigger or is my mouth getting smaller?" was the highlight of my 7 month PE journey

    6/29: 40 tension stretches; 20 supra slammers, 4x 30 sec bundled stretches

    6/30: 20 tension stretches; 11 min jelqs, 30 supra slammers, 4x 30 sec bundled stretches

    I am also planning my next measurement for next Tuesday (7/3) so I probably snuck in a second session one day this week. I wanted to get some extra training in before resting for a few days to get a non-inflated measurement on Tuesday.

    A terrible week of training, so it's more of a rest week for me. New measurements on 7/3 were still 6.5" BPEL but 5 3/16" MEG. I went from thinking girth was tough to get to thinking this girth training really works with a little consistent effort.

    7/2: 20 tension stretches, 5 min jelq, 17 supra slammers, 3x 30 sec bundled stretches

    7/2 (second workout): 17 supra slammers - my first session was cut short

    7/5: 6 min jelq, 6 min v-jelq, 24 supra slammers, 3x 30 sec bundled stretches

    I challenged my penis frustrating ability to withstand a high number of reps and he won. I did 40 supra slammers in one session and an additional 15 later that day and still had sex with my wife that evening. I may need to take a deconditioning break to reset my penis' expectations on training intensity and let my fingers rest. The forceful uli, jelq and squeeze repetitions are wreaking havoc on my index and middle fingers.

    7/9: 5 min jelq, 40 supra slammers, 5 min flaccid bends
    7/9 (second workout): 15 surpa slammers

    7/11: 8 min jelq, 8 min v-jelq, 30 supra slammers

    7/12: 20 tension stretch, 10 min jelq, 10 min v-jelq, 33 supra slammers, 4x 30 sec bundled stretch

    7/13: 8 min jelq, 8 min v-jelq, 17 supra slammers
    7/13 (second workout): 20 supra slammers

    7/14: ~1 hour stretching (laid in bed watching a movie with my wife in her post-coital bliss sleep stretching to the left, right, down, up, out....)
