I started PEing in late November 2011 after randomly stumbling a post on an unrelated message board about safe penis enlargement which led me to a youtube video which led me to several forums and then PEGym. I felt I had a good enough bullshit detector to know that this is real, but requires dedication, a long-term perspective and realistic goals. As I am now in my early 40s, I know that my erections are not as strong as they used to be when I was much more active in my youth and I know that the trajectory was only getting worse as I got older. PE'ing for penis health is as important to me as any size gains.
I started close to Mr. Average's average: BPEL 6", MEG 4.75". My wife was happy with my size (as she is relatively small down there) and so I set a long-term goal of "just" BPEL 7", MEG 5.25" figuring that I probably wouldn't get there but any measurable improvement is still rewarding. I started with a JP90 routine (together with signing up with Big Al). The immediate EQ response was tremendous. I woke up every morning hoping to have the time and privacy to jelq. After 3 months of conditioning, I had some modest gains at BPEL 6 3/8" and MEG 4 7/8" but still a long way from my goals.
Big Al recommended the Jelq Free routine for my next step and I jumped in whole-heartedly. Unfortunately I jumped in a bit too hard and after trying a little clamping, as well, had a little over-training EQ problem and had to shut myself down for 2 weeks. But I restarted and built up to a pretty high number of reps with no negative PIs. After 6-7 weeks of pretty consistent training, I measured BPEL 6 1/2" MEG 5". The results were encouraging and since I finally had some sense of real progress, I even raised my long-term goals to BPEL 7 1/4" and MEG 5 1/2".
As my girth gains were so tough to come by, I pretty much focused most of my efforts on girth and began reading about and sampling other methods.
- I used a Bathmate 1-2x a week and like the short-term pump but didn't feel that the short-term fluid plump gain was necessarily all that meaningful. The fact that the foam seal came off my Bathmate after very light use also put it out of commission for me.
- I read about the O-Bends on ThundersPlace, so I started trying some flaccid bneds. I like the "theory" behind them so I will continue to do them.
- I read about the TCG Theory and since my BPFL is only 1/4" longer than my BPEL and my EQ when fully erect is pretty much now a 10, I am going to restart with some bundled stretches to target the tunica.
- I read about the supra slammers a few days ago and decided to give them a try yesterday. Wow! My MEG was swollen to +3/8" and I am very excited about doing more of these in the future. I am being careful not to overtrain so I will take as many rest days as necessary before my penis tells me it is ready for more. In order to avoid too many new things, I'm going to give this a serious go before working in the regular bundled stretching.
Of course, I respect Big Al's coaching along the way, so if he tells me not to continue on this path, then I may reconsider this approach.
