    Hello all,

    I have been doing PC exercises religiously for 6 months and am new to PEgym. I started JPs 90 day beginners guide today and also some edging. I plan on checking in and updating regularly and retaking measurements every 3 weeks to check progress. Wish me luck!

    Woke up slightly sore and a raw feeling today. Think some of it could be due to the lube I use, going to try and find the Suave water based lube suggested in JPs routine. Also going to try and find a rice sock for warm up. Hot wash cloth doesn't seem to that effective (constantly re soaking in hot water) and I can't always use a bath/shower to warm up. I'll see how things go later today.

    JP's routine has been going well. Rice sock turned out to be a great alternative for the warm ups. Added a few A-stretches to the routine but I know for a beginner I need to take things slow, so I've been edging quite a bit (don't think I can injure myself from edging too much?). Still doing my kegels consistently...going to start amping up that routine soon.

    Decided to recap the past couple days to help keep better track:

    6/6 JP's 90 Day Routine
    6/7 Couldn't find the time today (2nd day I know!)
    6/8 JP's 90 Day Routine
    6/9 JP's 90 Day Routine

    6/10 Modified JP's:
    -8-10 Minutes Warm Up
    -Basic Stretches (Right, Left, Out, Up) + X 25 seconds each + Circles after each stretch X R/L X 10 reps + quick kegels – 0-50% Erected
    -2 Sets of A-Stretches
    -Wet Jelqs X 15 minutes – 60-70% Erected
    -5-6 Minutes Warm Down
    -Kegal routine:
    25- 1 second holds
    12- 5 sec holds
    6- 10 sec holds
    3- 20 sec holds
    2- 30 sec holds

    6/11 Modified JP's:
    -8-10 Minutes Warm Up
    -Basic Stretches (Right, Left, Out, Up) + X 25 seconds each + Circles after each stretch X R/L X 10 reps + quick kegels – 0-50% Erected
    -Internal Stretches X 4 reps X 30 seconds – 0-50% Erected

    Question: Do you need to warm up/warm down for edging?

    6/12 Rest day from PE and Kegels
    Started to edge for 20-25 minutes but ended up cumming
    6/13 Modified JP's:
    -8-10 Minutes Warm Up

    -Kegal routine:
    25- 1 second holds
    12- 5 sec holds
    6- 10 sec holds
    3- 20 sec holds
    2- 30 sec holds

    Going out of town tomorrow afternoon to see my girlfriend. Not going to PE but will be getting of exercise for my penis haha will continue doing kegels through Sunday when I come home and will do PE that night. (So taking 2 days rest 6/15 and 6/16)

    -Internal Stretches X 5 reps X 30 seconds – 0-50% Erected
    -Warm down 8 minutes
    -Kegal routine:
    25- 1 second holds
    12- 5 sec holds
    6- 10 sec holds
    3- 20 sec holds
    2- 30 sec holds

    Due to time constraints I did more basic stretches and cut out the jelqs. Will continue normal routine tomorrow.

    6/18 Quick PE Workout

    -(Ran out of time) Wet Jelqs X 10 minutes– 60-70% Erected
    -Warm down in shower and 8 minutes with heating pad
    Forgot to do Kegels today

    *11 days until next measure.
    *Decided to try not watching porn anymore (4 days so far)

    *Didn't do kegels today either, need to step it up tomorrow!
    *Also broke the no porn streak already...edging was too difficult without it because EQ wasn't as good for first 15 minutes and then switched to porn, EQ got much better for remainder of edging...maybe I'll give it another shot after a few more weeks of PE under my belt.

    *PI's have been good lately. Starting to notice increased vascularity and heavier flaccid hang throughout the day. Also, woke up with raging morning wood due to not having masturbated in 3 days!
