Hello all,
I have been doing PC exercises religiously for 6 months and am new to PEgym. I started JPs 90 day beginners guide today and also some edging. I plan on checking in and updating regularly and retaking measurements every 3 weeks to check progress. Wish me luck!

haha will continue doing kegels through Sunday when I come home and will do PE that night. (So taking 2 days rest 6/15 and 6/16)
