And before my decon i thought i had cemented good but i'm obviously not as good as a cementer has i thought i was.

TwitterFinally he's back! Try sticking to one routine and keeping it as consistant as possible! I always had the problem that I would switch things up ALL the time and lately I've been doing the same thing and I'm pretty sure it's working very well!
warm up, 20 minutes SD hang, 100 side to side stretches, 10 minutes jelq (pretty high %), 5 minute V-jelq, 20 minutes minimum edging
Also I do BIG circles in between everything!
I'll make time additions and add a little weight to the hanging soon but hanging before the stretches really keeps me loose for the jelqing.

These past two days i've had a near identical routine. Although i'm only extending for 40 minutes i'm hoping this small amount of extending will add extra effectiveness to the other exercises.

1 hour 5 minutes extending (averaged 1000 grams)
270 side to side stretches (i add 10 reps each workout)
170 downward near flacid jelqs (i add 10 reps each workout)
10 minutes penis slapping
160 v-jelqs (i add 5 reps each workout)
31 minute edge
2 minute cooldown
Since i reintroduced tiny amounts of extending back into my workouts i've only been adding 2 inch rods to the x4 extender but today i easily added 2.5 inch rods and then has i wore it i extended it (by turning screws) by a good inch more. I'm still a long way off from the 3.5 inch rods i was adding earlier in the year but i think even on this tiny extender routine i should soon be back up to using 3.5 inch rods.I only wish moving up to a longer rod meant a bigger dick but unfortunately from past experience it doesn't mean bigger dick but nevertheless i'm still pleased to be moving up in rod length.
On the PI front my flacid has been hanging well lately and i have been waking up in the night with stiffies.On the negative PI front i don't think i have any.
