    For the first 14 days i resisted edging and the only time i kegelled was every couple of weeks or so when i was testing out if i was getting weaker in the the kegel (i wanted to decondition in them too). My deconditioning experiment was pretty much a disaster because i lost too much size while doing it so maybe i should've continued to kegel while i was deconditioning.

    Extender stats
    1. Since returning from my decon on 13th June 2012 i've clocked up a total of 4 hours 32 minutes of extender wearing.
    2. This means i have been wearing the extender for an average of 30 minutes each day.
    3. At my stretchiest in early 2012 i was adding 3.5 inch rods to my x4 extender.
    4. This meant the extender was 7.25 inches long before i compressed the extender to get into it.
    5. When compressed the extender compresses by just over half inch and because i don't have to get into the extender absolutely flush this means to get into a 7.25 inches long x4 extender my stretched flacid length would have to be just over 6.5 inches. My stretched flacid has always been smaller than my bpel.
    5. Presently i am adding 2.5 inch rods to my x4 extender but i still get good tension because while wearing it i turn the screws on the x4 which makes the extender longer.

    Rest day

    I have decided i am overcomplicating things with too many different exercises, so from tomorrow i'm going to increase my time extending (to 3+ hours) and the only other exercise will be rapid fire downward flacid jelqs (which are rapidly quick ). I will extend most days of the week and in the past i've complained about how extending hurts my uncut dick but from now on i will be a model extender and stop complaining.

    Later edit: Scrap the extender plan. Instead tomorrow i'm going to teach myself to jelq differently by concentrating on jelqing my ccs; usually i would use the okay grip but this is ineffectual for me because gains never happen + i have a big dorsal vein on top of my dick: so from tomorrow it's not cc music factory, it's not CC Peniston, no it's cc jelqing.

    10 minutes warm up
    15 minutes jelqing (only jelqing ccs = didn't really work)
    15 minute v-jelq
    10 minute downward jelq

    Later

    1 hour 35 minutes extending (my glans started to get black patches)
    15 minutes of jelqs (my black glan patches faded)

    Since i've returned from my decon break i've been unsatisfied with all my PE routines which i've tried and today was no different.

    Tomorrow i'm going to try DLDS beginners routine and see if all the stretching which is in his routine satisfies me and makes me feel i did a good worthwhile workout. If it does i'll stick with it.

    Schittle, you were 7 x 5.5 when you took the break, you are already big, but go for more. Good luck. Just relax and enjoy the journey.

    Hi Hewey, it's always nice to see you drop by!

    And i actually read your post before i began todays PE workout (and your post helped me relax ) and of course you are right because i shouldn't be stressing out about PE because i've done pretty well so far. So as you say i should relax and enjoy the PE journey and i'm sure the gains will eventually come again.

    And of course best of luck with your gains Hewey.

    DLD'S Newbie Routine (Day 01)

    Warm up (used hot bath as warm up)

    Basic stretching: 3 sets of each stretch below
    Behind cheeks to the left: 30 seconds
    Behind cheeks to the right: 30 seconds
    Behind cheeks to the centre: 30 seconds

    Straight down to the left: 30 seconds
    Straight down to the right: 30 seconds
    Straight down to the centre: 30 seconds
    Straight down rotary stretches: 25 cranks

    Straight out to the left: 30 seconds
    Straight out to the right: 30 seconds
    Straight out to the centre: 30 seconds
    Straight out rotary stretches: 25 cranks

    Straight up to the left: 30 seconds
    Straight up to the right: 30 seconds
    Straight up to the centre: 30 seconds
    Straight up rotary stretches: 25 cranks

    Basic jelqing
    500 2 second jelqs (Did jelqs standing up and my erection was very low and therefore there wasn't many inches to jelq so the 2 second jelqs were sufficient)

    Kegel routine
    100 quick kegels

    50 kegels with 5 second holds

    1 kegel for 1 minute

    Testicle massage
    50 testicle jelqs (i've seen RBI99 mention them)

    I've got small balls and a tight nut sack and today i jelqed upto but not over the balls and hopefully over time this will help my balls hang lower.

    6 minute warm down

    Overall summary
    Todays workout was completed under an hour and all my stretches were done flacid, my jelqs went decently, infact DLD's newbie routine is a pretty substantial routine, so i felt it was a worthwhile workout that could eventually get me gains. So i will definately be sticking with it.

    DLD'S Newbie Routine

    Day 2 completed.

    Overall summary
    Another excellent workout today! What i particularly like about this routine is that i'm stretching my dick in 12 directions so i'm working my dick from all angles. I cannot say that jelqing is my favourite activity so after another month or two i'll probably drop them for Uli's or Squeezes; on the otherhand if in a month or two i get some length gain from this workout (for crying out loud give me some length! ) then of course i will keep jelqs in my routine.

    Because i'm sticking with this routine i won't update this log till later in the week.

    DLD'S Newbie Routine (June 26 +27)

    Day 3 and 4 completed.

    I only did 300 jelqs yesterday and today because i've really slowed down my jelqing.

    My dick inspection

    I was assessing my dick tonight and my CS looks pretty standard, on the otherhand my left CC is huge and full and when i pinch grip it i can really feel the thickness of it; on the otherhand my right CC is tiny and when i try to pinch grip it i can barely feel the right CC because it is so thin. The consequence of this is that my heavy full bellied left CC makes my dick look bent because it flares out like a cobra were my pathetic right CC is flat and goes straight up and down. So the bentness is just an illusion.

    Additional workout

    So tonight i oiled up the right side of my dick and i spent 15 minutes milking, rubbing, mini pinch grip jelqing my inferior right CC. Infact from now on i'm dropping the jelqs in DLD's newbie routine because i need to spend time targeting my substandard right CC: so every workout after the DLD newbie stretches i'll spend 30 minutes or so rubbing, milking and mini pinch gripping my right CC. I thought about what happens when you jelq with an OK grip and all the grip is doing is rubbing against and stimulating the CC's, so i'll just do this separately on my small right CC. Also when i edge i'll spend a few minutes working on my right CC.

    Last year i also tried to specialise on just my right CC but i quickly gave up because it was complicated and tedious but this time i mean business and i will persevere with this. And if this actually succeeds and my right CC improves then i think in future i would always separate my left and right CC training and i would also train my CS on it's own by just milking and rubbing it continuously. Has people know girth gains can be slow so individually training them and giving them sole attention could improve girth gains dramatically. I will let you know if this works in a few months.

    Haven't been on for 9 days or so and in that time i've changed my routine a couple of more times.

    From July 2nd - july 7th i decided to reapply myself to extending and during that period i did a total of 19 hours 37 minutes extending.

    Last night after being back from my decon break for around 25 days i decided to have a measurement check and their has been no increases after my decon break infact my length is 6.7 inches and now i wish i never took a 2 month decon break because before the decon i was 7 bpel.

    After last nights disappointing measurement i've decided to wind down my PE for the year and between now and the end of the year i'm just going to experiment by using my extender for just a few hours a week. The reason i'm doing this is because i don't believe the science behind extending because i've seen far too many PE veterans who have switched to extending after they had initially gained from manual and the guys who switched gained nothing to very little from extending. So because putting in the extender hours doesn't seem to work for guys who have previously gained from other forms of PE before switching to extending and because the extender companies haven't done any scientific studies to explain why then i'll do extending my way.

    So my non science is that if i were to manually stretch my dick straight out for one long hold for 20 minutes then do the same by stretching straight down with one long hold for 20 minutes people would say that would be a good manual workout; but if i was to do exactly the same but with an extender and in the extender stretch straight out for 20 minutes then put the extender in the down position and stretch straight down for 20 minutes and only do this people would tell me this is a bad workout. I disagree that the extender workout would be a bad workout and i personally think you grow exactly the same way from both methods: like i said don't believe extender science. So my extender use from now on will involve extender stretching which will be little more time than manual stretching.


    Todays routine (july 8th)

    40 minutes extender (20 minutes straight out. 20 minutes straight down)

    Today i used the 3 inch bar (on x4) and earlier in the week it was a real struggle to mount into it but today i mounted in pretty easily and while in the extender i nearly screwed out the screws. So on Thursday or Saturday i will probably start adding another half inch bar to the extender. And last Feb or March time when i extended i did get up to using 3.5 inch bar so if in the next few months i can move up to adding 4 inch or 4.5 inch bar to the extender then this could mean gains. Of course extender experts will say i won't gain on just a few hours extending a week but we will see.

    I've always struggled to jelq because i have foreskin which means when jelqing everything's moving under my hand and the consequence is that i rarely ever force blood into my glans when i jelq.
