1. Since returning from my decon on 13th June 2012 i've clocked up a total of 4 hours 32 minutes of extender wearing.
2. This means i have been wearing the extender for an average of 30 minutes each day.
3. At my stretchiest in early 2012 i was adding 3.5 inch rods to my x4 extender.
4. This meant the extender was 7.25 inches long before i compressed the extender to get into it.
5. When compressed the extender compresses by just over half inch and because i don't have to get into the extender absolutely flush this means to get into a 7.25 inches long x4 extender my stretched flacid length would have to be just over 6.5 inches. My stretched flacid has always been smaller than my bpel.
5. Presently i am adding 2.5 inch rods to my x4 extender but i still get good tension because while wearing it i turn the screws on the x4 which makes the extender longer.
I have decided i am overcomplicating things with too many different exercises, so from tomorrow i'm going to increase my time extending (to 3+ hours) and the only other exercise will be rapid fire downward flacid jelqs (which are rapidly quick ). I will extend most days of the week and in the past i've complained about how extending hurts my uncut dick but from now on i will be a model extender and stop complaining.
Later edit: Scrap the extender plan. Instead tomorrow i'm going to teach myself to jelq differently by concentrating on jelqing my ccs; usually i would use the okay grip but this is ineffectual for me because gains never happen + i have a big dorsal vein on top of my dick: so from tomorrow it's not cc music factory, it's not CC Peniston, no it's cc jelqing.
