    And the only theory I have is that our dicks suck! lol.. also once I can get my hands on a pump, I want to pump, jelq, stretch, extend, and use an ADS all together. Hopefully i can have that by september.

    Btw I have a feeling that for us uncut guys, the extender pulls on the skin a bit too because of the frenulum and that maybe acting as a limiting factor.

    I think when i extend for 4 + hours some days (on maybe 3 days a week) i won't do manual PE but on the other days when i'm only willing to extend for an hour a day i will take your advice and do some manual PE before extending.

    And i agree i do believe us uncut guys are at a disadvantage in the extender but i'm sure if we persevere with it for a couple of years then we'll get good results.

    July 15th
    Warm up (just finished having hot bath)
    Approximately 10 sets v-stretches (45 seconds each set)

    1 hour 30 minutes extending

    Approximately 10 sets v-stretches (can only be approximate because i wasn't counting sets)

    40 minutes extending

    Then my penis gave up on me and started retracting and i could get no head swell and therefore i couldn't mount into extender anymore.

    20 minute edge
    10 minutes one handed jelq (with spare hand i gripped base of penis and got good head swell)

    Then i cleaned baby oil off penis and then wrapped below my glans with gauze and i attempted but failed to mount into extender. So i've decided no more extending today and so today's total extending time was 2 hours 10 minutes.

    Overall summary
    Although i would love to extend for hours my dick will only accept so much before it starts to turtle on me. So for the next few days i will just do manual PE and only extend for an hour or less each day and then when my PI's recover i will think about upping my extending again.

    Today i again used a 3.5 inch added bar on my extender and since i restarted extending on July 2nd i've done approximately 35 hours of extending (i could look back over my log and give you an exact number but today i don't feel like counting ).

    And today i did v-stretches and usually i'm weary about doing them because i have a prominent dorsal vein which runs along the top of my penis but today i did the v-stretches with a cyclinder shaped bubblewrap in my hand which cushioned the dorsal. I didn't invent this because i've read about other people using bubblewrap when they do a PE exercise called the "waterbottle stretch".

    Overall summary
    I've decided to go back to the brief extender routine which last week was giving my penis fantastic PI's and making my penis more stretchy day by day. Unfortunately last week i fell into the trap of extending more and more and consequently my PI's nosedived and my superstretchy penis turned into a turtling penis that wasn't stretchy at all. I need to realise i'm no youngster (i cannot be banned for being under 18 ) and i need to do extending at my own pace and then i'm sure that once my penis starts to thrive again with positive PI's then gains will come.

    X4 upgrade update
    My x4 deluxe extender currently has 1500 grams springs and i've looked on the X4 website and i can buy 2100 gram springs for $15 but the p&p is a rip off price of $19.95, so after much searching (here in the UK) i've found some 2600 gram springs that the guy says will fit the X4 and they cost £10 but the p&p is free. So i've ordered them and they should be with me in the next couple of days.

    The reason for the upgrade is because i'm sure i've read somewhere (i don't know where) that 4 hours extending using 500 grams is the equivalent of 1 hour extending using 2000 grams. So although i doubt i'll ever go up to 2600 grams because i fear the tension would be so great that it would catapult my dick off my body but thesedays i can often go up to 1500 grams so i'm sure i could eventually work my way up to using 2000 grams.

    Overall summary
    Todays extending was okay but my wrapping technique when i wrap gauze below my glans to stop slippages is awful because everyday i wrap my dick with a flacid dick has possible but once in the extender the gauze is no longer snug on my outstretched dick and this means the gauze rides up and partially engulfs my glans which in turn puts a squeeze on my lower glans and then i just have to ride the double pain because as well as the glans squeeze my foreskin is being strangled beneath the noose so although i'm only doing a meagre amount of extending i have extended 16 days in a row and i'm pretty satisfied with what i've done because as time goes by i will get more used to extending for longer times and then my extending hours will pick up (yes this was a long sentence ).

    19 July
    4 hours 10 minutes extender (averaged about 800 grams)

    20 July
    2 hours 30 minutes extender (averaged over 1000 grams)

    Extender bar?: I'm still adding a 3.5 inch bar

    After all of the above extender days i gained an erection to regain good circulation in glans and while doing the erection i did some erect kegels and reverse erect kegels.

    Overall summary
    I've completed 3 good extender days.

    I got my new high tension springs the other day but at present the tension above 1500 grams is way too high for my dick. But at the end of my sessions i'm sure i will occasionally do a few minutes at an higher tension so i'm still pleased i bought it.

    150 side to side stretches (didn't rush doing them today)
    200 wet jelqs (standing)
    100 v jelqs (standing)
    20 minutes erection with some erect kegels and reverse erect kegels (i'm getting stronger and able to hold the erect kegel longer)

    Extender bar?: Still 3.5 inch bar.

    Overall summary
    Was going to attempt 6 hours today but my last extender session only lasted for 30 minutes before i started to sting and feel pain, so because my extender sessions were getting progressively shorter i decided that 4 hours was enough for today.

    Also did a bit of manual today and my jelqing left my dick hanging real well and i think that all the erect kegels that i've been doing over these past few weeks is really helping my glans expand when i jelq.
