So if I'm a noob... this is my antonym? haha you are hardcore my friend. Question...

Is PE a thing for life? Or can you really 'cement' gains and keep them without having to continuously exercise.

Some keep most of thier gains once the goal is made. I like to do a maintenance routine two days per week when im tired of forcing it to grow,

I have to ask, are you diggin' the clamp? I'm seriously thinking about clamping but using one of the velcro ones like Radiohead has. I'm curious to read some input from the big man himself

Yeah i like it because it really makes the veins pop out. I lost a bit of girth over the last 3 weeks from being ill with the flu. not peing or edging at all and taking copiious amounts of cold medicines.

Hi, im brand new to the site, though I've been doing a pe routine from the site for about a month. Im doing a very basic beginners routine, just warm up strethcing and jelqing; and i have a strange problem, i recently noticed a kind of notch near the base on one side of my penis.

Theres like a one inch curve into the shaft on one side thats just under developed and thinner than on the opposite side. It looks like a curve, but theres no actual curve in my penis, so I guess what Im asking, is how do you 'spot increase' girth?

I need some technique to sort out the left side of my penis, near the base, otherwise im afraid jelqing will only make things worse: overdevelop the smooth side, and underdevelop the curved side. Anything i can do to improve girth on that one side before continuing my routine, or while doing it, so as to make things balance out?? Any help or direction would be much appreciated. Thanks a lot for any help.

Beleive it or not jelqing has the abiltiy to balance out un even sides. That base bulge you feel could possibly be a large vein. This happen to me when my dick started growing a vein at the base began to appear. Now it is about two inches upo the shaft.

Even if its not a bulge, but rather an indentation? The girthier side seems normal and straight, its the under-developed side that seems abberant. 3 weeks of jelqing seemed to make it worse, but maybe its something that takes time to balance out. Thanks either way, and i hope you're right, to be honest. Just trying to cover my bases. I really appreciate the help.
