Took a week off of PE. Resumed it this morning. 150, 4 fingered squeezes flaccid. 100, 8 fingered jelqs semi erect 100, erect kegel jelqs. Edged for 20 minutes.

Been under the weather for a while so i have not been PE'ing, managge to get in a good PE session. Warm up X stretch 200, (As taught by Growing 4 her) Roatary stretch 30 left way 30 right ways. 8 fingered squeezes 100 "V" jelq 50 Erect kegel jelqs 50 Edged 20 minutes. Yes im no im out of edging shape.

Im working on a variationof the tunica tug and v jelq and came up with the tunica v jelq. I did 50 tunica v jelqs. X stretches 200. Also did a variation of the tunica tug and 4 fingered squeeze, did 50 pulses.

Last nite: Edging with 200 erect kegel jelqs. This morning: X stretches, 200. tunica tugs w/ a squeeze. 200, 8 fingered squeezes. German stretches, 50.

Whats your current BPEL, and flaccid length?

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I don't know what my BPEL is anymore because i shrink when i stick a ruler against my pubic bone. So i go by non bone press. I am currently 8" NBP by 6" EG. i have a 1/3rd inch tfat pad so BPEL would not be that much bigger.
