In my opinnion I feel that the EQ is stimulated by sexual desire. During the day you experience some erections and start getting hornier as the night comes(my own case). In the morning, I don't have any will to jerk off or have sex with anyone. At night, I do. I tested it and I get better EQ at night.
But anyways, the reactions are different between different people. There are some good, bad and outstanding cock days.
And I also noticed that your sexual hunger raises when you spend a couple of days without ejaculation. More sexual hunger means a bigger EQ. You could test your own body and check if its reactions are similar to mine.

Did 15 slow ok jelqs one handed. also did 15 slow "V" jelqs.

I find it easier to gently pull my huge nuts down away from the base of my dick while doing the "V" jelq. This way you can also jelq some of the inner penis. To do this best is to put your feet up against the wall. Say if your bed is up against a wall you can put your feet up. the gravity from you legs being up abov ethe penis allows for more blood to flow into the groin region this helps with plumping.

My current supplement routine is:

1500mg od Taurine
3000mg of AAKG
600 mg of passion flower
700 mg of Puama Muira or whatever it is called.

Got myself a woody.
Well anyway, I did oh about 40 continuous jelqs with a combination ok-v grip.
Towel raises 30
Forbidden glans rub.
Let woody die down to flaccid stage then build it back up again
Drink a cup of coffee
Did 30 more continuous jelqs with ok-v grip.
30 more towel raises.
Let woody go flaccid again and build it back up
20 more contiuous jelqs with ok-grip combo
EQ 8.

I think EQ is poor because I have not taken thyroid for about a week.
