so since i signed up almost a month ago ive tried out various different exercises and sorta kept a nightly routine of some stretching and jelqs. Ive also tried out a couple more intensive excersizes, clamping and hanging both as lightly as possible just to try them out. Today i decided to do a random measure and my bpel is the same but ive noticed that my bone pressed stretched length is almost .5 longer that it was when i started. Now i didnt actually record a measurement of it my stretched length before but it was only slightly passed the 6in mark, and now its at 6.5.

so ill start with a couple questions,
Why have i gained so much stretched length but no bpel?
Im really interested in both clamping and hanging but i would rather not damage my member. how long of doing something similar to the jp90 like ive been doing would be safe to actually start a regular routine of hanging/clamping? should i wait till the 90 days are up or can i get into it , albeit with only a small amount of weight, before that time?

any answers/opinions are welcomed.

as of today my measurements remain the same as when i signed up at bpel 6" and eg of 5"
