Hi


im 29 and from london england

Been looking on bettermans forum for a month or so, been doing the newb routine and mixed with my own sched

10 mins warm up in hot bath, groin massage
towel dry in warm bathroom sit down on towel and stretch

stretch left hold for 25 quick kegels then pull straight out and 10 circles left then 10 right followed by helicopter shakes
repeat this for right, up, down, straight,

then lube hands with shower gel

i do 3 second jelqs upwards, i see the veins being filled to the max, i do around 30 of these 3 times

10 min warm bath warmdown

i do this 5 days a week with 2 days off

i dont do any additional kegels apart from the warm up, and they are very soft fast ones for count of 25,

im ging to start doing v jelqs also, i was doing them at the start but wasnt feeling any benifit,

im also going to buy a penismaster and add stretching to routine

can anyone reccomend any changes to my plan? all views welcome

i could really do with someone taking me under thier wing,,,,

FG 4 1,2
EL 5
EG 5 1,2

BPEL 6

GOALS: BPEL 7.5
EG 6.3

i have no idea if these gains are unrealistic, but i know with some help, i can make good length

Hi,

Welcome to the gym, yeah they are realistic, 1.5 inch don't know how long, just think positive like me.. Hmmmm 5 on 2 routine may be tough but your already with your 1st month with that routine, if you are seeing positive PI there are no reason to change your routine. Just watch them closely.. It'll take you anywhere from 1-4 years to reach your goal, but you'll get there. My goal is 8x6.5. That's gonna take a long time :P

Your routine seems okay. Don't stretch too hard. Use a very light grip when you jelq. You don't want your veins to be huge. You want to jelq at a very low erection level.

After your jelq, you may wanna throw in 10 JAI stretches. Basically you stretch out lightly for 2 seconds, then you let go. Repeat 10 times. It's very light.

i also am jelqing at around 40-50% erect, is this ok?

i also jelq up not out or any other way, i do this because i was told that you must do it against your LOT, is that right?

i have seen JON POP around, hes the guy that put me on the right path, with the newbie routine, i wonder if i can use the penismaster stretching device yet?

ive been doing PE for around a month 5 on 2 off

No offense meant, (Kind to forget this also) use capital letter I for I..^^..


40%-50% jelq will not promote girth gains compared to 60%-70% erection. but its ok. Me to i jelq mostly downward cause my LOT was 9..

thats fine i spell rotten sometimes....


im jelquing upwards cause my lot is low is that correct?

so if under 50 percent erect will that slow down length gains, cause im really only after length gains

girth isnt a real want for the time being

im thinking about getting a penismaster also, would that speed things up

Yep you got it right, Jelqing in a low Erection % would promote a length than girth. But we are newbie, After our newbie period we can target our desired area to improve, HMMM I guess its ok to incorporate LOT theory in Jelqing, so work againts your LOT.. If its downward you'll benefit more in an upward direction. Good luck

Hi

update:

Noticing a lot of big flacid gains (by eye) usually after i urinate i pull a little and my cock becomes massive, its like a big thick hanging snake, (baby one)

everytime i urinate im starting to do jai stretches, only a few, but im adding to my routine every now and then, but very slowly

Im going to measure erect later and post here, so if anyone interested check bak in a few hours

My erections have never been weak, i get rock hard at the slightest thought of sex, i can get rock without even touching it, everytime before me my woman have sex im hard before weve even touched, i walk along with big boner in my pants, it embarrasing hehehehe

noticing flacid length gains anyway,

will update

You can stay in your routine until you are gaining, that's my mistake when I'm new, I'm already PEeing before I found this site which will guide us to our growth. Little by little I'm going back to basic, I started without warm up, just jelq and ULI#3 . I guess after my vacation in May 21 I'll go back to Basic, for at least a month. Not in a hurry... Your in he right path intensifying the routine little bye little, while am decreasing it little by little..

(due to measureing mix up, with the ruler/tape changing i have been doing it wrong, which is annoying cause its been over a month ive been doing it, and im not sure of gains, so the new starting measurements are....)

after a brief measurement of erect length and taking in to account the change of method of measureing this is the stats....

slight gain in length, going to stick to the workout and make progress
