    a) warm up (10mins)
    b) stretches to all directions with 25 kegels in each side (left,right,out,down)
    c) jelqing (150reps)
    d) V jelq (90reps)
    e) Uli (2reps) 60secs each
    f) 20 JAI stretches,100 quick kegels and 10 long kegels along the day.

    6/8/12
    a) warm up (10mins)
    b) stretches to all directions with 25 kegels in each side (left,right,out,down)
    c) jelqing (200reps)
    d) V jelq (90reps)
    e) Edging (15mins)
    f) 20 JAI stretches,100 quick kegels and 10 long kegels along the day.
