I can see why they like them! It's a very intense version of edging but with some serious benefits. I think I am totally going to throw out my high erection jelq sessions and do these instead. I easily noticed a serious increase in girth expansion while doing these. I hope I did them correctly and if KP and/or RIB read this, I'd appreciate a critique of my method of doing them: I started edging as normal. I kegeled a lot during the session and got as close to 100% as my present lack of 10/10 EQ would allow me. I edged until I reached an impending PONR (This took about 35 minutes), I stopped, kegeled really hard while performing a Uli, held the Uli for 30 seconds, then jelqed up taking 15 seconds to reach the glans using nice light pressure. When I reached the glans, I heald my grip there, formed a grip at my base with my other hand, and squeezed essentially performing a compressor/horse squeeze. I held that for about 30 seconds, then released all pressure. The process repeated itself but the amount of time needed to reach PONR went down. I did this a total of 4 times, then went all of the way to ejaculation. I really liked these. In fact, Supra Slammers are the shit! BUT, I could see only doing them every 2 or 3 days. My dick felt "worked" beyond the normal feeling of "worked" I get from my routine. But I easily could have measured 1/4-1/2" girth expansion right before my last PONR. Good shit there It's slowly getting better though. I'd say my EQ has gone up to about a 8/10 now.

Yup, you basically got the Supra Slammer down! I only hold the compressor for about 10-15 seconds though... I do Supra's on Tuesday and Thursday...they take a LOT out of your dick.

I measured on Friday with a 100% erection (finally). I was having intercourse with the very soon-to-be wifey and I told her I had to measure (she knows about my PE so was understanding that I needed to satisfy my curiosity). I haven't made any gains BUT... my stretched length has increased a 1/4". This is usually a sign that gains are on their way. I'm sure I'll have something to measure by next month
