I should have ignored it )5/31 -day off 6/1 -Warmup for 15 min -basic stretches (1 set) -JAI stretches (30, progressive) -V-jelq for 10 min 6/2 -warmup for 15 min -JAI stretches (30, progressive intensity) -Supra Slammer edging for 90 min -------------------- extremely intense session! I'll need a day off after tonight's supras. Wow are they exhausting, but provide such a great workout!

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | The Long Overdue Update - August, 2009 My PE life has been hectic for the past few months, but I remained quite consistent despite. Gains have slowed considerably. I was forced to make a decision a week ago. On one side, I could have exited the "gain" mode of PE and just worked on maintenance, cementing, and improving sexual health. On the flip side, I could have taking a much needed De-conditioning break and then return with a new plan of attack to spark some gains to reach my ultimate goal of a 9x6 dick. I chose the flip side. I'm currently on that break of two weeks. Next Monday I will return, with a different outlook on things. I think now that gains have slowed, the error would be to press the issue and overwork. I'm inclined to believe I need the exact opposite. One thing that has always been a constant in my PE regiment is days off. My days off are going to be the staple of my routine now. Yes, that's correct. Rest days are the basis of my routine now. I'm finding out more and more as the months pass that rest days are so critical to successful P.E. My new focus will be taking multiple days of rest with a jelq-heavy routine. Basically, I am done stretching. The next few months will be critical for me in reaching my ultimate size goal. I will be concentrating very hard on how my flaccid penis reacts to frequencies of rest days and exercise days and how certain numbers of jelqing repetitions affect my EQ. The goal is to find the perfect exercise frequency and the perfect number of jelqs to hit the growth zone again. I will also be keeping edging as a staple of my P.E. as I still believe it to be one of the best practices not only for growth, but for sexual health as well.

Looking foward to hear about your new gains soon, and learn with your experience. You're a living legend among us. Your advices should be taken seriously. For instance "rest days are so critical to successful P.E." is, in my oppinion, the most important one. We all have to thank you for sharing such information that only personal experience can tell. I wish you the best of luck through your new journey

PESG: I agree, the flip-side was a good choice. A break is not only good for your penis, but it's also good for your mind too. You may still want to stretch a little (if even on for 5 minutes), as I find that it allows you to keep your penis tissues stretched and ready for a good jelqing session. Wouldn't you by any chance have any before and after pictures of your gains? That's if you fell confortable with it. Gotta be curious as my inicial stats are close to yours. (relative to 2 year back) cheers

I felt like 2 weeks did a sufficient job of resting the goods but an additional week might really put me in "deconditioned" mode. Truthfully, this is the longest break I have ever taken from PE and I am extremely curious as to what it accomplishes. I'm hoping that it puts me in a zone where I can come back and make some quick gains that will put me within a pubic hair of my ultimate goal. Time will tell the tale. As far as the break goes, I have noticed some things. First and foremost, PE makes me horny. Really fucking horny. I have lost a lot of that edge in the past few weeks. My fiancee has noticed and was questioning me about it the other night. Another thing is the look and feeling of my flaccid. When I'm in a PE routine, my flaccid is long, plump, and full of life. Lately, it has shrunk. Although not considerably, but it has definitely gone down in size by at least 1/2", perhaps more on certain days. Just two reasons why I cannot wait to get back to PE, which will now be September 1st. Quote:

So, to answer your question, yes, I do have pictures, but it's something that I'm extremely sensitive about posting. I have a very identifiable tattoo on my left hand that has great personal significance to me and everyone that knows me could easily identify me by the tattoo. In most of the pictures I have taken, it makes an appearance. Someday when my PE career becomes ancient history, I'll photoshop the tattoo out and post pictures. But for now, I'll leave my cock's appearance to my and my fiancee's eyes.

I'm sort of regretting that decision now. But, the beauty of PE is that the negatives that I have developed in these past 2.5 weeks will soon disappear once I re-start my program.
