    Hey, I started JP 90days Beginner, I plan to go 5days on, 2days off.

    My goal is BPEL 6" with EG of 5".
    Flaccid anything of +3" long and around same 3" girth.

    I'm uncut, also flaccid is so small that it pokes right out rather than hang down, it's almost as though I'm always semi erect. I hope this somehow helps that.

    Would try to post pictures.
    I also take Arginine tablets at night to help the release of HGH.

    Measurements:



    BPEL EG FL FG
    Week 1: Monday 9th July 2012(Initial Measurement) 4.4" 3.9" - -
    Week 2: Monday 16th July 2012 4.6" 4.0" - -
    Week 3: Monday 23rd July 2012 4.65" 4.0" - -
    Week 4: Monday 30th July 2012
    Week 5: Monday 6th August 2012
    Week 6: Monday 13th August 2012
    Week 7: Monday 20th August 2012
    Week 8: Monday 27th August 2012
    Week 9: Monday 3rd September 2012
    Week 10: Monday 10th September 2012
    Week 11: Monday 17th September 2012
    Week 12: Monday 24th September 2012
    Week 13: Monday 1st October 2012
    Week 14: Monday 8th October 2012

    I don't know what's the proper flaccid length because I always fluctuate between 1" and 2.5" therefore I have the: "-"

    I would continue to edit this post maybe weekly with new measurements/pictures.

    I have had frequent erections throughout the day, and if I go to pee, some pre-cum drips out first, is this somehow a good sign?

    I tried edging last night, I had a wank before, cause I cum really fast.
    Then I waited for another erection but while edging, I kept, losing my erection.

    Sorry if I answer now Derp, I've been a bit busy.
    The frequent erections are a good sign, as for the pre-cum drips I can't say... it doesn't mean much, if it happens after your workout it could just be remnants of it that remained in your urethra.

    It happens all through the day.

    Well Today is exactly one week since I started, I noticed my orgasms are a little more intense, still no hang in flaccid length though.

    Monday 16th July, 2012:
    BPEL-4.6"
    EG-4.0"

    I don't know if measured incorrectly last week, but 0.2" BPEL and 0.1" EG in one week?
    Is it possible?

    But I still took my measurements.

    Good gains so far and yes they are possible in a week. Newbie gains can come quick and there may be more to come before it becomes harder to gain.

    My only advice would be not to miss any days, it seem tempting or feel unimportant, but the people who gain quickly tend not to stray from a routine at all or very rarely. Missing days can become habitual no matter how determined you feel when you start.

    I missed one day and then it became a habit.
